The staff was excellent. Helpful with travel, trains, sites to visit. Fantastic location. Parked our car and walk the duration of 3 days to tour meetings, Museums, restaurants. Room was exceptionally small, but clean and functional when organized. Clean remodeled bathroom. Parking a real plus at 12 dollars a day.

Amazing breakfast, tidy crean room, proximity to train station and conference centre, walking distance to city centre. The staff was polite and helpful.

Room keys have to be returned at the reception when going out of the hotel. Housekeeping staff kept closing the exterior window shades after cleaning and I found annoying I had to open them every day when I came back.

The staff was very helpful and quite happy to share with us all the local points of interest and how to get there. The location is quite convenient to reach the north part (old city, the famous Cathedral, the river banks) and the south part of the city (the city-hall, the tram-line and the newer part of the city) in less than 10min walk.

There were limited hangers at the room in general and at the bathroom. Very few plugs as well. I found it hard to charge my laptop and mobile phone at the same time.

Clean, excellent location with secure parking. Our two dogs were made very welcome. Special mention must be made of the gentleman at reception, he was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, a great advert for the hotel. Thank you.

Short distance from train station, quiet and very comfortable room, very helpful and friendly staff. Pleasant outdoor terrace for a drink or breakfast. Very good value.

The receptionist went above and beyond to be helpful. Didn’t have breakfast but we could see the exterior eating place from our window and it looked rather sad. Needed a bit of a paint job and some plants put in the pots but other than that place was ver6 good

Staff members were gentle and informative, which made our stay at hotel as well as activity around Tours very comfortable. Hot-water supply and heating system functioned perfect and the room was cosily and practically furnished.

If it were not in covid-19 pandemic, we must have enjoyed public space.
