We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was modern, clean, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked really well, which was appreciated during the warmer days. The apartment was generally quiet, and we had no issues with neighbours until our last night, when someone either next door or upstairs had their TV on all night, which was a bit disruptive. It’s about a half-hour walk to the city centre, which we didn’t mind. Being located on a main road, there was a constant stream of noisy mopeds, so while the double glazing did a good job of keeping most of the noise out, it wouldn’t be ideal for anyone wanting to sleep with the windows open. Handy to pay for the carparking, as little to no available on road side

While the flat was lovely, it was smaller than expected. We stayed for a week and had quite a bit of luggage with us, so space was a bit tight. The kitchen was very compact — we only attempted to cook one evening but found it too cramped for anything more than a microwave meal. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the bed itself was very low, which made it difficult to get a full night's sleep. Also, clearer directions to the car park would have been helpful. We arrived at 3am and couldn’t find any signage or instructions. Unfortunately, we had to park further away as there was no nearby street parking available at that hour.

Well thought out studio apartment. . Every thing u could need . Well nearly. Comfortable bed Warm water and soap , shampoo. Nice balcony and chairs with a lovely view of the city. Kitchenette fully equipped with microwave, fridge,and plates ,bowls,glasses and cutlery, cutting board. Washing up liquids and tea towels. Very well done. Dog friendly. Parking was easy. Good continental breakfast. Air conditioning, great.

Didn't know till we got to room we should have bought our own tea, coffee , milk. Husband had to find a shop late at night for these things. Out side a bit untidy and lots of rubish in overflowing big bins. Husband had to give a 70euros extra deposit at desk by card incase of damage. No preparing of this. We presume they never took it as hasnt shown up on anything. Hope they destroyed information. Again had to ask directions as not easy to find..

Superb micro-apartment in a good area of Tours. Functional lift from secure carpark to residential floors and reception. The apartments were renovated in 2023 and so are immaculate. What a lovely room. It’s the perfect space for a couple of in our case a mother and son to share. Bathroom is spacious and has a bath with shower attachment and includes a hairdryer. Towels, soap and shower gel/shampoo included. The kitchenette is perfect with 2 electric hobs and a microwave. We didn’t cook any hot food and had brought our own mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, utensils etc but it had everything including a carafe and glassware, washing up liquid, a new sponge and a clean tea towel. The large twin beds were comfortable (a bit hard for me, but no complaints) with clean bedding (coloured blankets in photos are our own). The main room has a large, built-in double wardrobe with shelves and hanging space. There was a kettle, mugs and teabags etc in a discrete desk/shelf area with a chair, and a dining table for 2. Large telly which we didn’t turn on. It was such a pleasant space that we actually stayed in the room for an entire day and a half over the weekend end, without going out. We absolutely loved it.

This is not a dislike, but it is worth pointing out that cleaning the room falls to the guests before check-out. Passing the broom and ensuring all dishes are clean and put away wasn’t a problem for us but if you are messy/muddy, you’ll need to clean it up or you will forfeit your deposit.

I was very pleasantly surprised. Mini appartments, very modern, good internet, safe location right at the train station and also has private parking, walkable into the city, shops and restaurants are walkable, (breakfast is an option there). There is plenty of info material about the area and the city at the reception area as well as vending machines. The city has a lot to offer but our destination was the castles at the Loire, which were within easy drives of less than one hour. If you drive be sure you have a french !! environmental decal on the car to avoid fines.

very clean, nice bathroom, britght lots of light, kitchenette is good. May surely come back in my next trip :)

nowhere to store the food in the kitchenette excpet the fridge, no shelf no where to put the barsoap in the shower

I like the room design, and location. It was very comfortable to stay so close to the station while visiting various castles in the Loire. It was clean. The kitchen annex is equipped with all you need to cook during holidays. The hotel provides laundry facilities (self service) from 7 to 8 pm( 4 EUR or so). I wish there would be a Carrefour express downstairs.

Very helpful reception staff, spoke English. When the air-con in our room didn't work they moved us to another room where it did work. Comfortable bed, everything clean and in good condition. There is free on-street parking nearby.

The confirmation e-mail said reception closed at 6pm on the day of our arrival so we rushed to get there in time, only to discover that the reception was open a lot later than that. The room was very small and kitchenette very minimalist.

Great location for railway transportation and for getting into the old city centre. Very clean, recently painted and bright room. Good range of food for breakfast.

The breakfast items were not replenished in a timely manner after a large group had had breakfast at the same time - though admittedly it was only one morning out of the four of our stay that this happened to us; otherwise, breakfast was fine!

Clean. Friendly staff. Quiet. Black out curtains. I stayed here during the heat wave of 103° F temperatures, primarily for the air conditioning. So, in that regard, I was happy.

The bed was extra firm. I wish it had been a bit softer. More Goldilocks, less Papa Bear. Not to be picky, but the room could use some color. It was stark white; bed and walls. Maybe some blue and green pillows?

I loved it so much, I actually miss it! Lovely, bright, spacious, well-appointed micro-flat with absolutely everything you could wish for, including washing up liquid!! Secure parking, nice area which felt safe, in a building which had all flats completely renovated in 3023.

We didn’t mind this at all, but guests are required to wash their dishes, tidy up and sweep the floors before check-out or forfeit deposit.
