Superb micro-apartment in a good area of Tours. Functional lift from secure carpark to residential floors and reception. The apartments were renovated in 2023 and so are immaculate. What a lovely room. It’s the perfect space for a couple of in our case a mother and son to share. Bathroom is spacious and has a bath with shower attachment and includes a hairdryer. Towels, soap and shower gel/shampoo included. The kitchenette is perfect with 2 electric hobs and a microwave. We didn’t cook any hot food and had brought our own mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, utensils etc but it had everything including a carafe and glassware, washing up liquid, a new sponge and a clean tea towel. The large twin beds were comfortable (a bit hard for me, but no complaints) with clean bedding (coloured blankets in photos are our own). The main room has a large, built-in double wardrobe with shelves and hanging space. There was a kettle, mugs and teabags etc in a discrete desk/shelf area with a chair, and a dining table for 2. Large telly which we didn’t turn on. It was such a pleasant space that we actually stayed in the room for an entire day and a half over the weekend end, without going out. We absolutely loved it.

This is not a dislike, but it is worth pointing out that cleaning the room falls to the guests before check-out. Passing the broom and ensuring all dishes are clean and put away wasn’t a problem for us but if you are messy/muddy, you’ll need to clean it up or you will forfeit your deposit.

very clean, nice bathroom, britght lots of light, kitchenette is good. May surely come back in my next trip :)

nowhere to store the food in the kitchenette excpet the fridge, no shelf no where to put the barsoap in the shower

I loved it so much, I actually miss it! Lovely, bright, spacious, well-appointed micro-flat with absolutely everything you could wish for, including washing up liquid!! Secure parking, nice area which felt safe, in a building which had all flats completely renovated in 3023.

We didn’t mind this at all, but guests are required to wash their dishes, tidy up and sweep the floors before check-out or forfeit deposit.

great location (10 minutes walk from train station). friendly and smiley staff. room was excellent and clean. even had a balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun. breakfast was very simple, but we're easy people, and it did us perfectly. would definitely stay there if we go back to tours. highly recommended.

don't really agree with the towel policy. would have loved to change towels at least once. but no way i'd pay the €8 charge. also, one of the towels had a wet patch. not sure if it was water from the sink that leaked on top of it or if it was that the towel wasn't completely dry. once again, because of the towel policy, i was afraid to say anything in case they asked me to pay the €8 charge for new towels or accused me of having wet the towel myself on purpose.

Great place for a long stay. Very close by the train station. Friendly staff. Private parking in the basement. Dog friendly

Very close to Gare de Tours. Most places are walking distance. Facility was clean, with elevator.

On Sunday, the reception is open only until 6:00 PM. We were cycling the Loire a Velo and had a flat tire, which was a bit of a challenge to fix. I tried contacting the property that we might not make it before 6 PM but we did not get any reponse until 4:00 PM. They also said that unless we give a 75 Euro deposit, we can not access the property. By then, we were so stressed out, we took the train from Amboise to Tours but the only train available will still arrive Ambloise after 6:00 PM. Bear in mind, wifi connection on the trail was very spotty. I wish they told us this ahead of time, to save us the stress.

Good value, spacious, basic kitchen useful. Pleasant staff at check in, reception not open when we left at 8am. Street parking past the Mercure free Sat & Sun. Places to eat 5 mins away. Possible to temporarily park outside to drop off & collect bags.

Room too hot & cooling function on unit not working. Even when turned off the unit made a noise. Pillows are small & very thin. Breakfast is expensive at €12.

My room was on the 5th floor with a deck and a city view, as promised. I enjoyed it. The street was quiet. My room had all the amenities and was big.

I chose this property for its closeness to the central railroad station. It was close, but a farther walk with my heavy luggage than other properties.

Property was clean, and staffing with all kitchen utensils. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Karen. Convenient location to bus and rail stations, as well to historical down town and restaurants.

In the evening was to noisy from the street traffic and customers from bar across of the street.

Perfect size studio for a couple of nights stopover. Kitchen facilities good. Bed comfy, shower hot and lovely view from the balcony. Generous parking spaces in underground garage. Easy walk to centre. Plenty to explore in Tours - well worth the visit.
