Staff was helpful, polite, and friendly. Room clean, bright, and airy. Beds were comfortable a good night's sleep.. The bathroom was clean and spacious, towels were soft and a good size. Very pet friendly, asked if we needed anything for our dogs' stay. We were well equipped. Would stay again and recommend the hotel to anyone who is going to France. Thank u.

We got lost in Tours trying to find the hotel. A bit frustrating after an 8 hour drive. That's not the hotels fault. Nothing to complain about the hotel.

It's basic, but just what we needed for a stop off with our 2 dogs. Hotel was very welcoming even provided dog bowls. Parking is located next to the hotel & is safe & secure. Has a nice bar with live music & a bistro restaurant. Breakfast was only €10, & was a buffet, not much on offer but has something for everyone. We will defiantly stay again on our next road trip.

The property was close to the station but due to renovation works around the hotel, I had to really look for the entrance but, once found, everything was fine. The room was clean and big enough for a solo traveller. The bathroom was well equipped with hair dryer etc and even had a timed 5 min heating system so that it was nice and warm.

Bar and restaurant on site which was perfect as as we had travelled a long way .Nice touch providing treats and toy with mat and bowls for our cat .Staff really friendly and helpful .Breakfast was best we’ve had a huge selection to choose from .

Good location of hotel. Hotel is clean and has own terrace. The guys on reception where very friendly and helpful. Was very good service. The price was included breakfast. Very tasty fresh orange juice and good coffee.

The breakfast was not best. In the room in bath was broken stuff for soap

very pleasant staff & accommodated our bikes in an inside room. great breakfast as usual at an Ibis hotel. Quiet inside and comfortable bed. we liked the bistro restaurant.

Very good service. Really nice rooms. Good location for the EuroVelo if you’re biking. Storage of bikes is excellent.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful.

AC didn’t work so the room was very hot in the afternoon. Not soundproof much and the doors closed very loudly.
