Hôtel Trianon Tours is an absolute gem! Located near shops and within walking distance to the ferry—super convenient for exploring. Smooth self check-in made arrival hassle-free. My room came with a lovely balcony—such a pleasant surprise! The bathroom was huge, big enough for an elephant (seriously!). For the price, I never expected such a fantastic hotel. I fell in love with this place! Whether you’re traveling with family or as a couple, this is a must-stay spot. Highly recommended!

I got the room which was in the advestisement, so a small terasse belonged to is as well, which I just loved! The room was clear and equipped with all of the nesseccary thing I need for my 2-days stay. The staff was helpful and provide me many decrriptions and instructions, so that I can enter my room despite I arrived at the hotel out of the opening hours of the reception.

I found everything in right. For this price it is a perfect hotel

I wanted to see the chateaux of the Loire Valley and some of the vineyards and wanted to use Tours as a base. That's because Tours is central to the whole area and also has everything that a visitor might need - lots of restaurants and cafes and shops of every kind. If you've forgotten to bring anything or need anything, it's available just around the corner. The Hotel Trianon's location was ideal - very close to the centre of Tours - and at a sensible price for a tourist like me. No more than a ten minute stroll down the road is the Hotel de Ville (town hall) opposite which is the Cafe L'Univers, one of the best places to eat/drink and people-watch. The room in the hotel had everything that a tourist needs and everything worked properly. The bedroom and bathroom were also very clean - something that you don't always find even in a new hotel. This hotel isn't new and had a feeling of "France" - it didn't feel like you were just in another imported international hotel. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast in the hotel meant that you could get off to a good start to see all the sights. On-street parking was readily available free-of-charge overnight from 6pm to 9am, so I parked right outside the front of the hotel.

The bathroom was very clean, but the shower cubicle (as is often the case in European tourist hotels) was very small. If you are a large person, you might have some difficulty squeezing in there.

Reception person was so very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Shower was great too

Very clean hotel. Access is by 4-digit code - no problems. No parking at the hotel but we found a free car park about 7 minutes' walk away. Our room overlooked a busy street, but the double glazing provided effective sound-proofing. The room itself, which was of adequate size for a short stay (for us, 3 nights), had adjacent single beds and an en-suite shower room and toilet. Shower was quite small but OK. The hotel offers breakfast, although we did not take up this option. Location: about 15-20 minute walk to the old town. We recommend Hôtel Trianon and would use it again.

Helpful reception with luggage storage. Cosy room with super comfy bed. Good sound proofing from street noise. Very pleasant stay.

The staff- Sofian- is wonderful, kind and helpful. The hotel is small but lovely. The place is very close to old city and most attractions.

The lack of AC though not needed though the.time we stayed.

Friendliest staff we encountered in the whole of France. Very accommodating to our rather peculiar problems like storing a tandem bicycle.
