We have stayed here before and love the comfort, countryside quiet and interacting with our lovely host. The property has stairs and a narrow entry-road, which is good to keep in mind if you are driving a large vehicle. It is very well situated if you are visiting various towns and castles in the Loire Valley. The breakfast is simple but plenty. The rooms are private and very comfortable, with skylights that allow for stargazing. The swimming pool is lovely and the garden is beautiful!

On our previous stay we had access to a hob for cooking, which we no longer did this time. This made preparing quick easy meals impossible. We prefer home cooked meals to restaurant eating for health reasons, so we found this to be rather problematic. The kitchen does have a small oven, a shared fridge and most utencils so for most people it will still suit well.

The room was lovely and had a very comfortable bed. In the kitchen we could prepare our own meals, the swimming pool was great and very clean, the location was perfect for Castle-hopping and very close to Amboise, the peaceful environment invigorated after a busy day and most of all the two lovely dogs at the property were never in the way but always greeted us very happily! The owners were very friendly and tended to most of our needs.

The narrow roads to the property might not be for everyone. You will definitely need a car to get to and from it. The breakfast might not be accommodating for unique dietary needs.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Although our host didn't speak any English, we were able to communicate through Google Translate. We enjoyed the swimming pool, plus relaxing outside after our swim with cheese, crackers and wine. The common area was great for our board games. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows a bit firm for us. We enjoy being out of town, which this accommodation is, so it ticked all boxes for us.

We wish we had stayed for more than one night!

Splendidly isolated farm with holiday lets finished to an extremely high standard. My room was in a barn and it was really nice, spacious and comfy. There was a communal room and kitchenette downstairs. Breakfast was simple but superb, with i suspect mostly home produce. Tip Follow guidance from Booking.com directions, or you will never find it and that would be a disaster; it's that nice!!

All good. Isolated, but that's not a problem for me.

Isabelle made us very welcome and was able to help us with an extended stay (our ferry booking had been cancelled). The bedroom was spacious with a great en-suite. She also spent some time chatting with us, which really helped us. There were nice little touches - like an aromatic herb bag in the wardrobe, Breakfast was very nice with lovely home-made preserves, yoghurt and cake. The breakfast area also contained a huge range of brochures to help with the sightseeing and even a table football machine! The location is extremely quiet - being in the middle of farmland with a 0.9km journey to the nearest road. That said, Amboise was c.15minutes away.

location quiet set within a farm rural location, host isabel i think was her name was very helpful spoke no english but we managed. pool a bonus but was not used due to being tired from driving . breakfast continental adequate served downstairs in the accommodation. room clean and lovely.

We loved being greeted by the friendly dog Gypsy. Our hostess was very polite and gracious. The room was very spacious and had blackout blinds and AC. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, everything was delicious.

Clean beautiful buildings in a very rural and peaceful location, very comfortable en-suite bedroom.

Nothing, we realised it was remote so took food/drinks for the evening where we sat in the sun on the charming pool terrace.

Owner was lovely. Breakfast was good but limited.
