Hotel and room clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water, good shower. NB shower door handle is a hole in the door, so needs careful positioning of shower head to avoid spraying water out through this. Excellent receptionist, pleasant and helpful. Easy to get to hotel and plenty of free parking. Various restaurants within a very short drive, but nice and quiet around the hotel itself. Very good breakfast (included in price for room), with attentive member of staff. Not a city centre location, but an ideal stopover for my motorway journey.

Excellent budget hotel, little scope for improvement.

We were driving from UK to Portugal, this was our first night stop. It's ideally located for what we needed. There's a reastaurant at the adjacent hotel which gives a discount to Ibis customers, and there's a wonderful little burger van that comes every night in the car park. The burgers, the options, the price, and the quality were very favourable.

We travelled with a dog and booked this hotel specifically due it being pet friendly. What we didn't know, and this as we discovered was also the case at another hotel in Spain, is there is an extra charge for the dog. Whilst only 10€ it would be good if hotels which are pet friendly include that in the price quoted on Booking.com

The hotel is exactly as described - a budget hotel. Easy to check in and out with friendly staff. Our room was on the 4th floor, overlooking the car park. It was a basic room but had everything we needed - bed, shower, sink and toilet. The car park is fenced and gated with the gate being closed overnight, so very secure.

There was no plug for the sink The toilet was not very private - only separated by a thin door that did not have a latch on it so no real privacy

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and there was a good selection of foods for breakfast. We are still talking about the egg boiler! I am disabled and was given a ground floor room, which I appreciated. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. Buffalo Grill was excellent. The advantages of an Ibis Budget Hotel are the price and that you know what to expect: simple, clean and accessible rooms with no frills.

Some allergy-friendly breakfast options would be nice but the breakfast buffet is of such a range that you can build your own breakfast, so long as you don't want any bread or pastries. Please note that Ibis Tours Nord is in the airport district, not the the centre of town. For us, this was an ideal stopping point after a long journey, but you might be disappointed if you booked a week there, expecting to be in the centre.

The staff were very professional and extremely helpful. The chamber maid was very polite and the room was exceedingly clean. The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast options were perfect. Croissants, bread, cake and batons were all delivered freshly baked. Selection of drinks very good and the service we received exceeded our expectations. This was our first visit to Ibis and as we frequently travel to the U.K. we shall make our stop overs at Ibis. It was also very convenient for the motorway.

Nothing as our expectations were exceeded for a short stop over.

The room was very clean, nicely laid out, evidently some thought had gone into it. The air con was brilliant ( it was hot for October!) the perfect temperature and no draughts. Muy partner declared that the bed was the most comfortable that he had slept in during our week in France

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room. We stayed in another budget hotel where this was provide, with albeit just one sachet of coffee each. It seemed cheap to expect us to use the vending machines...especially as they only took cash. Who has that!

Tours is an ideal location for travelling between Spain and France. This hotel does everything it says on the tin. It is Budget but a good quality budget. It's the second time I've stayed here and will definitely do so again. It's on the outskirts of Tours, a 4 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to a shopping centre which has good restaurants too.

Excellent value - couldn't fault this hotel. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, despite being near to the motorway, and staff were very friendly. Great location for a stop-off and handy for the city.

No gf food as my wife is coeliac ....but they were happy for her to bring her own cereal and have a cup of tea while I tucked in to a substantial breakfast.

Location great. Decor in the hotel fabulous. Very pet friendly staff. We will be back on our return journey in a few weeks!!

We went out to eat as needed an early night and the hotel doesn’t start dinner until 8pm. However there are a few places within walking distance so no problem.

Pet friendly hotel with basic room facilities in a quiet location. Suitable for our travelling needs en route to UK. Free secure parking. Adequate and comfortable for a one night stopover on a long journey. Blackout blind and curtains to ensure a good night's sleep.

Double bed only comfortable on one side +mine)! 😁
