The location near the motorway and large parking. Food outlets close by. Breakfast great - even bacon and scrambled eggs!

The mad way of gaining access..if you have booked previously .The whole system depends on the correct number being used..is the 8 digit,6 digit or 4 digit one is it the reservation, booking, pin ???? And if the email sending the correct number wasn't sent there is no way to get in before 5pm when the staff arrive!! Even then the machine wishes you to put the card in although you have paid already- TAX DE SEJOUR needs paying extra on arrival!!! BEWARE..there are two B&B hotels next to one another on either side of a busy road!! Easy to confuse?? Nord 1 is a sharpexit off the roundabout and cannot be reached easily from Nord2 without a circuit of the industrial estate.

Room exceeded all our expectations , it was on the ground floor , perfect for the dog , it was clean and very well equipped , had everything needed for a stay and more , the single beds were very comfy and warm .The location was perfect over looking the lake , which the dog enjoyed the walk round it ,would love to come back again to explore the area time permitting .

The time we were there was just ideal for us ,no complaints at all

Not very clean - large clumps fluff around edges. Unpleasant smell in room.

Because of our late arrival, we had to self check in. We choose a room for four and were happily surprised that although we would all sleep in the same room, the kids had their beds upstairs in the mezzanine. They liked that and so did we. We were driving south and checked out earlier so we did not try their other facilities. Parking was free.

The check in process was not clear and we had no real guidelines. After a lot of trial and error we were able to get in.

great room- very similar to so many other small motel chains but just that bit bigger and better thought out. this makes it much more comfortable and easy to use. added shelving for all your bits and pieces and a larger shower room with a shower bigger than your body so it’s much nicer to use. plenty of parking, dogs allowed. comfy bed and nice and quiet.

nothing- all good

Our first stay in B&B. Great value, v good contact re check in. Good location for our purpose, lots of facilities nearby including the adjacent Grill, which is very good. Good use of limited internal space with storage spaces. Did not sample the breakfast. It suited an overnight spot perfectly.

It was fine, I knew what to expect.

Second time I’ve stay at this hotel simply and cheap hotel, if you have ground floor room you can park your car outside room great for carrying bags, Small room but only stayed one night, great Wi-Fi, plenty of food restaurants near by.

No tea or coffee in room only one pillow each.

The staff were amazing. Margot (hope I'm spelling it correctly) was very friendly, helpful and spoke fluent English. After a long 7 hour drive the place felt like an oasis. Clean, comfortable, great parking, quality bed linen and comfortable beds. All for an unbeatable price. Breakfast was delicious. Great coffee and croissants.

Nothing to dislike

We had stayed at this hotel before so knew what to expect. The hotel was easy to access and the room room was clean.
