We would like to give a big thank you to the receptionists Giles. He was very cheerful and helpful. The hotel was clean and had enough grab bars for showering. The room was big enough to get my wife’s wheelchair around. Typical B&B breakfast nice and basic it did include scrambled eggs and bacon. Yes we will book again

The wet room door was a bit close to the toilet when open .

Hotel is not far from the motorway and a has plenty of safe parking. Restaurants are not far away the Buffalo Grill is about half a mile away. Breakfast is available at extra cost. We didn't bother as there is a good coffee machine in reception and we'd got our own muffins. The shower in our room was excellent lots of fast flowing hot water. A good place for an overnight stay.

The corridor to our room looked dark and dinghy and smelt a bit musty. It could do with a refurbishment. The room was fine though.

Lovely clean room . Decent size shower . Great restaurant around the corner (15% off if you show them your invoice ) Burger King and kfc just over the road . By a large traffic island but very quiet . Big parking area

Unfortunately I was woken at 0315 by some young guests shouting in the corridor and slamming doors for about an hour . As there is no night staff there was no one to grip them except for me . . All I got for my troubles was abuse and banging my door

Nothing to dislike

Second stay here. Good location, outside the city centre (i didn't travel into the city, so I don't know if this is a good location for a city break). On site parking. Close to a few restaurants and fast food outlets, and petrol stations (and a Decathlon). Rooms are basic, but clean. Free WiFi and the option to purchase breakfast if needed.

Breakfast was very limited for price compared with the one we stayed in last year at Le Mans

Totally electronic. From checking in, to entering the room. Fabulously comfy bed. Clean and simple. Only thing I missed was a hair dryer🤷‍♀️

It was easy to find, clean and had everything I needed. Great communication from staff.

I was only there for one night so there was nothing that comes to mind.

No lift, air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. Check in was all by electronic screen at front door.

Reception was accommodating due to our late arrival. And she works very hard to keep guests feeling welcome.
