Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings and a very comfy bed. This felt very special place to stay- a charming and peaceful hotel. Loved the app to order drinks and enjoyed the carrot cake at breakfast!

Would have liked a proper shower rather than an over the bath shower attachment- bathroom was dated, but it added to the charm.

The room we had was outstanding and well worth the extra euros for the upgrade. The young lady at reception was tremendous, so helpful and ensuring we were well looked after.

We were disappointed with the evening menu. The choice was very limited. The dinner we had was good but not the high standard we were expecting. I will add the service was good.

Lovely property in a great location for touring and the Loire area. Room was a good size, clean and was full of character with a big, comfortable bed. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

A few minor issues in the room. Shower head did not work properly and could have done with a brighter light somewhere in the room, but these did not spoil the overall enjoyment.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Being in a grand old chateau was special. The breakfast was just wonderful as were the staff. Thanks to everyone.

Not being as fit as I used to be, I found that climbing the stairs up to the top story was a bit strenuous for me, but I made it fine. Probably good after sitting all day in a car.

We liked our bedroom very much and the view and the staff were lovely. They were always very helpful, especially Agata. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of and the restaurant very good and fairly priced for the quality.

The pool appears to be a little murky, but it was hard to tell if this was because the water was dirty, which it didn’t appear to be or the color the pool is painted. I also would have left to know the prices of some things before hand since they aren’t printed everywhere, for instants, if you should choose to have a drink by the pool or a coffee, but everything was reasonably priced for the hotel, and the restaurant went out of their way to make us both vegetarian meals which were very good

We stayed here in June 2023. The rooms that we had picked were exactly as shown on line and the beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms also had air conditioning and breakfasts were delicious with many wonderful choices from the buffet. Sophie was wonderful. She was full of information and recommendations and was only too happy to help. The Chateau is fortunate to have her as she made our stay even extra special! After long days of visiting towns and chateaux, we really looked forward to returning to this beautiful and quiet location in Noizay.

We had dinner at the Chateau our first night. We were less than impressed with the quality and value of the dinner. We arrived late and were the last people in the dining room on a Wednesday night a little before prime season. So, whether they weren't yet up to speed was hard to say. Breakfasts were a much better experience.

This hotel is in such a good location to easily visit so many of the Loire Valley chateaux. We got to see much more than we expected. The restaurant was good, but we had only one (1) evening dinner there in our 4 nights we stayed there since the menu didn't change.

Would have liked better acoustics; the clients loud voices made it hard to have a conversation with my husband.

We loved the breakfast choice, fresh fruit including passion fruit. The dining room itself. The grounds and view were great. Our room was very large, nicely appointed and a beautiful large modern bathroom. The evening meal was excellent. We would happily return again, particularly if the weather was warm so we could swim in the pool.Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Because I did not travel with a car it was expensive to get there, but it was worth. The breakfast was absolute fantastic!! The lady that checked me in carry my case to the second floor for me with a big smile. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I wish i could stay longer.

Excellent situation close to the Loire, Tours and the motorway network. Staff friendly and welcoming at all times. Very good restaurant with extensive wine list (with a good range available by glass - suiting the solo traveler). Breakfast also good, with a seemingly endless supplied of fresh baked croissant and pain au chocolat.

Nothing of note. Would have liked more plug points around the desk area in the spacious bedroom.
