The apartment is superb, we have stayed in 12 different places during our cycle tour and this was the best. Why? Because of the extra efforts the owners make to ensure you enjoy your stay. The apartment is spotless, well laid out to maximise the space which is light and airy. It is very well equipped with things you might need during your stay. The owners include breakfast items, which were a lovely surprise. There are also drinks and meals you can purchase by just leaving some euros. I definitely recommend and the owners have another apartment in Martigne-Ferchaud, so if you are cycling you can enjoy another stay!

Great location. Apartment was well laid out and provided everything we needed plus some. Neighbors were very nice, helpful.

Instructions on how to access building and apartment were not sent until a couple hours before our arrival time. As we had an issue with internet service, we were unable to access property except for the help of a very patient and friendly young neighbor.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet. The owners provided items for breakfast which was much appreciated. Street parking right outside and walking distance from restaurants and a supermarket. Ideal for our short stay en route home from a week in the Dordogne.

Very convenient location for exploring Chateaubriant by foot. Very clean, tidy and smart apartment. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchenette ergonomic which came with bread and jam supplied by the owner.

This place was lovely and cosy. The open plan was great and bigger than it looks in the photos The WiFi was super and Noel was very helpful. Bonus orange juice and bread and jam for breakfast.

A wonderful apartment. I arrived on my bke trip a bit earlier and the owner made sure that I had access to the apartment a couple hours before the regular check-in. The apartment is spacious, well designed, and centrally located. A litle tarte n the fridge was a nice surprise. The apartment is also very quet. I can highly recommend staying there.

Well placed, convenient, quiet and comfortable

Absolutely loved this apartment, it's spacious, clean, stylish and completely equipped. Host was friendly, quick, helpful and everything went smoothly. Recommended!
