Nice old building, with a great value for price. The breakfast was amazing if you like real quality! (No big buffet, not many choices, but great coffee, fresh local real quality cheeses, fresh jams, ...) Good beds, good bathroom, free parking in front of the building, great "view" from the breakfast garden...

If you stay in summer, keep in mind it is an old building, with no airco and it has single glass windows... It gets hot inside the rooms... There is very light cigarette sent in the hallway (old building)... The livingroom area was closed up on arrival and we did get a "tour" on arrival.

I stayed here for 5 days and honestly had a great experience. It was super convenient since I had a wedding nearby, and everything went smoothly. The breakfast was really nice every morning, and the house itself is stunning — beautiful architecture, really well maintained. I felt genuinely welcomed, and the whole place gave off a calm, authentic French vibe. Would definitely recommend!

If I had to mention a downside… it’s that I couldn’t stay longer! Absolutely recommended.

Although a comfortable room complete with ‘Rustic charm’ some things were a little too rustic. Bathroom door too warped to close, some fittings loose etc. breakfast was fine but not as wonderful as some reviews said, possibly because host was not available during our stay.

Shower door needed a good clean on inside and toilet needs a dose of bleach. Plus a maintenance man for a day or so. Very limited restaurants in town and mostly closed on Thursday. Obviously not the hosts problem.

The drive from the motorway through the rolling countryside made a relaxing journey before reaching the location. We enjoyed the welcome and engagement with the host. The restaurant recommendation was excellent, and we enjoyed the food ambience and service provided by the staff. A quick walk around the town and a visit to the Sources de Doux made for a pleasant break in our journey homeward.

Breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have a choice of eggs . The location is very nice in a typical French village, quiet , with easy car parking. The property has lots of charm but doesn't lack comfort. The staff was very helpful when we needed to do some ironing.

A beautiful old and quirky property. Frederique and her husband were very welcoming and friendly. A really nice quiet room overlooking the garden with a view of the old church. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was also very well presented. I would definitely stay again. They were very helpful - we were quite late arriving due to a lot of traffic on the motorway so she contacted us and made reservations for dinner. It’s situated on a very quiet small street and you enter through a gated courtyard.

An outstanding property, beautifully furnished and decorated. A wonderful hostess who communicated responsively and helpfully. Breakfast was delicious. Location perfect. Quiet, comfortable night. We would definitely stay again if in the area and would probably detour to make it happen!

The very warm welcome, the beautiful building, the clean facilities and the amazing bedroom. Breakfast was fresh bread, croissants, yoghurt, fresh juice, cheeses and ham was offered. I would have enjoyed some fruit with it, but we ate plenty and the room we ate in was absolutely beautiful.

Only a very minor things but there was no handsoap in our bathroom. There was shower gel though so we used that.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful villa! We thought we had ended up in an another era. Our room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. One could feel her love and devotion for this villa.
