We arrived early & were able to check straight into our room. The receptionist was very friendly & showed us us the way. The rooms were cleaned daily & the house keeping staff do an excellent job keeping the hotel spotless. Breakfast was good. However I felt it was missing baked beans off the menu. Pool was clean but water was so cold. Kids loved it though! Nothing other than 2 restaurants walking distance (pizza restaurant was so good)literally in the middle of an industrial estate so no local shops. The hotel is 20 minutes away from airport & 15 minutes away from Disney & About 40-50 minutes away from main Paris. We had a very pleasant stay & thank all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

This hotel was a very comfortable stay overall. The beds and pillows were great, the room was spacious with a large window, and the air conditioning worked well. The rooms and bedding were clean, and we really appreciated the coffee/tea facilities, daily replenished coffee machine, and the inroom safe. The garden with swimming pool, lounge, and activities for all ages made the stay even better. The staff were friendly, and the 24hrs front desk was very convenient. Parking was ample and free of charge, and the location was close to the train station and supermarkets/ shopping mall. There was also a drinking water dispenser, and the large TV was a nice touch.

The only drawback was the shower head, which wasn’t working properly and made showering a bit difficult. Otherwise, it was quiet at night and overall a great stay.

I have been a loyal patron of the Novotel Collégien for the past five years. As an owner of a Tesla, the availability of a supercharger at the hotel is a significant convenience for me. However, what truly distinguishes this establishment from its competitors is the exceptional service provided by its staff, particularly an individual named Lola. Each time I visit the hotel with my family, Lola consistently demonstrates a remarkable ability to make us feel welcome and at home. Her polite and attentive demeanor, combined with her positive attitude, creates an unparalleled guest experience. It is for this reason alone that I have no intention of seeking alternative accommodations. I extend my sincere gratitude to Lola and the entire staff for their outstanding service.

Clean and comfortable hotel! Good breakfast! Close to Disneyland and good access to Paris. Staff were friendly and accommodating.We did the check in online, which was great as it smoothed the process after a long drive. I can’t fault it and will definitely choose it again next time we visit Disneyland.

Remote location ( although for us was not an issue as we travelled by car)

Was quite okay, though most of the staff didn't smile. Difficult to approach them for help, I don't know maybe it's a French thing not to smile..lol Met some few who were quite nice.

The cleaners took my bread from the fridge. It was really annoying! My kids liked a type of bread, so we brought enough for the 3 days, but it was taken after we got back from Disney land on our last day. We were not happy with that. Also, the cleaning of the washrooms is not done well.

The hotel was spotless and modern; it had a small swimming pool and a playground for kids, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel location was excellent as it is 15 minutes from Disneyland Paris and La Vallee Village shopping outlet. The hotel also has a Tesla charging station for people traveling using electric cars.

The room service menu is very limited and doesn't have many options for kids. Also, the breakfast buffet hours were early.

Location - short drive to Disneyland Paris. Small swimming pool but very refreshing after a 27 degree day at Disneyland. Nice Italian restaurant a three minute walk away. they also organised a connecting room as my children were staying in a separate room.

Very good and nice hotel. Location only suitable for travel with own car. Booking breakfast upon arrival proved a good option as children have a discounted rate which we did not see on the internet.

The place was quite and serene, the rooms were comfortable in size and bed, there was water available to refill botels at the corridor. The availability of free parking

There is no smart TV that I can connect my phone and use my own subscribe channels

Check-in was done in no time by Asian receptionist, she was so professional and lovely throughout. All other receptionist were very good. House keeper were brilliant but I had no cash remaining so I could not live any tips for them.

I could not swim outside due to weather . Indoor swimming pool would have been ideal.
