The breakfast was good, even the hotel was full we always found a table. There are many varieties and all were very fresh and delicious. The reception desk and the hotel staff was very helpful, responsive and proactive. The location of the hotel is perfect, it was ski-out. Also it is very central, just in the middle of the village, close to the restaurants and supermarkets.
Cleaning services are not very good, I think they are short of cleaning staff. They never properly the room, the floors were dirty, etc. However, the housekeeping department was really very responsive (via whatsapp - very impressive) so I think they did their best. We were 3 persons and the triple room they gave us was small and not enough space.

Here's a rephrased version of your review: "Perfect Alpine ski retreat for families! This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly cooperative and went above and beyond to address any issues. When our room didn't match our booking, they generously upgraded us to the hotel's best room for free. The spacious rooms easily accommodated our family of five (two adults, three kids), with enough space for an additional person with makeshift arrangements. What truly impressed us was the hotel's comprehensive skiing facilities, eliminating the need to venture elsewhere. We found Courchevel 1650 to be a superior choice compared to 1850, offering a more relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better ski experience!" To be honest . Nothing

From the moment I arrived, I was utterly charmed by the hotel's warm ambiance and the stunning, snow-capped scenery that surrounded it. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect for skiing enthusiasts, such as myself, with easy access to a variety of slopes. The room provided a cozy haven after long days spent skiing, combining luxury with homely comforts. The breakfast mornings were a great way to get some much-needed energy before a ski day, and the night-time restaurant truly delivered some beautiful and delicious meals.
Despite the largely wonderful experience at the hotel, I did encounter a slight hiccup when my ski poles went missing from the ski locker. I want to acknowledge that such situations can be challenging to manage, especially in a popular ski resort environment. What stood out to me, however, was the genuine concern and effort put forth by the hotel staff to assist me in this matter. Their willingness to help and the kindness they showed truly made a difference. Although the ski poles were never recovered in the end (at least as I'm writing this), the proactive approach and empathy from the staff helped alleviate my concerns. It's clear that the hotel values its guests and strives to ensure a positive experience, even when facing unforeseen issues.

Location was perfect for us. Truly ski in ski out . Staff is excellent, good customer service.
Breakfast was identical every single morning. Not a single deviation. Therefore if you stay more than 3 nights, it becomes a very boring, pedestrian breakfast. We were happy that they make eggs to order! No real crepes, no one was making the crepes:(. Room was very small, but excellent closets space, large terrace and a beautiful mountain view

Great location in 1650, the closest property to the telecabin. It is also very near shops and restaurants including La Petit Savoyard, Mama Mia and Portetta. The room was large and well maintained.
We booked for B&B, had we stayed Half Board then I would have found the evening dinner menu limiting for a week. In other reviews, guests have mentioned the size of the toilet, which is particularly small.

Absolutely love it! The Hotel itself is amazing. The rooms were spotless, big, very comfortable beds. Wonderful scented candles everywhere. The restaurant is on the side with a delicious breakfast(free): coffee, cheese, croissants, smoked fish, eggs, oatmeal, fresh juices etc. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Whatever questions you ask - they are there ready to help. Great communication, very easy check in/check out. They allowed us to stay until 3 pm for no charge. Ski lift is walking distance. As well as ski rentals, shops, restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend.
There was nothing we didn't like

The breakfast is fantastic with good quality and the staff that took care us was very polite. We had a good experience about the great location of the hotel and the generosity of the staff, specialty Camille e Adeline. We were tree persons and we a had a double large fantastic room, with the perfect view the slopes. The ski in ski out is excellent for ski travelling.
Everything was ok. we had a good experience in our travel skiing. The hotel give us all supports we need to. The restaurant is very good but has potential to be better.

Had the most pleasant experience at this hotel. Truly ski-in and out location, with ski shop on premises, slopes and Ariondaz gondola at the back of the hotel and the ski school literally next door. The area is particularly good for beginner and intermediate skiers. The cherry on the cake was the excellent service of the hotel staff who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very good... our room was renovated. Breakfast is very good, with many options, the staff is kind. location is perfect less than 50 meters from the lift. Skiroom it´s small but it´s ok!
In my room has just bathtub with a small shower that you had to hold with your hand, so taking a shower and washing your hair was difficult. I suggest putting something to attach the shower to the wall. But overall it was very good.

Breakfast location is great. The room was great with a big bed! However it was two bed gathered therefore not very comfy. Mountain View was amazing! Housekeepers did a great job!
The restaurant are was pretty messy, waiters were everywhere and nowhere! Food displayed were not great, there was no plates, no one refill empty dishes such as fruits, and cheese. In general service is not the best apart of reception! The entrance of the hotel is an empty space, it should be used for anything!
