Very well presented room. Friendly staff. Easy access to ski.

Overpricing in some small things in an already pricey stay I find myself unnecessary. Charging a concierge fee on the ski passes it’s totally unnecessary. Small things that could be avoided. Restaurant not very accommodating to special dietary requirements.

Absolutely stunning hotel with friendly staff, great interior and excellent breakfast. The service and staff at the hotel makes you feel like you're in a 5* hotel. The aqua park was a bit crowded but I still think it is the best aqua park in France (at least it is brand new and everything works well).

Lunch/dinner could be better and cheaper.

It was not clean especially the bathroom and there was hair in the bathtub which was in except, clean is poor sheets were not changed and there was dirt on them

An excellent place to spend time with family and our dog. From the moment we arrived in the parking lot, the service was top-notch until the end of our stay. The kindness of every staff member we encountered and the extra care they provided made the experience exceptional.

This was a wonderful hotel. Clean, comfortable and the food was excellent. However the stand out feature was the amazing and welcoming staff - from the lovely housekeeping staff, to the reception, concierge, and restaurant staff...everyone was kind, friendly, helpful and supportive. Aquamotion was also excellent with free passes and plenty of free classes. We had an excellent stay. It's also a glorious place to be, with lots of walks and trails!

Nothing. There's no Aircon but it wasn't too hot when we were there so this wasn't an issue.

Beautiful hotel very clean and nice staff . We stayed for 4 nights . We felt that the hotel is comparable to 5 stars hotel. Close to hiking trails. Very memorable stay.

We booked a very large suite and it was so comfortable. It is huge, with 3 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is a small kitchen area and a large living room area. We had breakfast and gouter in our booking. Gouter was everyday from 3pm and was a buffet of lots of yummy things like cake, croissants and macarons. That was really enjoyable.

As we went at the very end of the season, some things were unavailable on the menu (we heard "c'est la fin de la saison" on a daily basis!) It was fine but became quite funny after a while! We stayed for 2 nights and had 2 days access to the Aquamotion, it would have been good to get 3 days included.

From our checkin to checkout our experience was extremely positive. Morin checked us in and gave our entire family an upgrade, she was really nice and welcoming. Alex at the kids club was amazing with the twins. The concierge Leonie was very helpful and all her recommendations were good. The staff at the ski shop were excellent and got us equipped for skiing with little effort from our side. The aqua-motion was great and has an adults only area as well. We will definitely be back next year. Oh and I blame the pastry chef for the 2 extra kilos I returned home with! Delicious

Excellent location next to Aquamotion aqua park, very good room and restaurant.

It was a bit strange for a hotel of such level not to be able to extend the checkout even for 1 hour. Even more strange was unwillingness to substitute one Aquamotion entrance pass for another even when I proposed to pay the difference. I understand the hotel may be almost fully booked and that there may be certain rules in place but front desk staff in such establishments may need to be more flexible and client friendly.

I did not like breakfast , it was poor... can be much better. Skii room should be organized better..Everyone can reach your skii/shoes..
