The hostess Clotilde was very friendly and helpful. She communicated with us prior to our arrival until we checked in which made our journey to the place easier. The gite has a lovely garden with a swimming pool which was clean and of an enough good size for me and my husband. The bedroom was spacious and clean. We were given a iron and ironing table when we asked for one. The room has an en-suite bathroom and a seating area which is a plus.

The location is in a remote place, hence, access to a car is a must. The sheets were not ironed which was a bit of a blow when we checked in. The breakfast had very minimal options, however, bio. No food or snack was available to purchase on site. Only some drinks (not good value for money) available on site.

We only stayed one night but really appreciated guidance from our host - very kind. She pointed us to a great restaurant (Castor) and made reservations. The rooms are in an old nunnery and are very large and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and modern, overlooking the courtyard. I appreciated the close proximity to the small town and the great breakfast - the best croissant I’ve had… The host also suggested we climb up to the chateau overlooking the town for a morning hike and it was excellent. Very beautiful look down onto the town.

Late check-in 5pm ,though does seem to be quite common in France ! Had the room right next to the front door,so was a bit noisy with comings and goings ,also passing traffic

Location was excellent, just a short walk into the old town. rooms clean and bright. The hostess was beautiful, friendly and served us a beautiful home made breakfast each morning.

It would have been good to have a fly screen on the windows . We stayed during summer and there is no cooling, happy with that but really needed to open the windows for air, but the room filled with flys and mosquitoes.

An absolutely amazing place! It was even better than I expected. We arrived there after 4h cycling in the thunderstorm and were warmly welcomed there. There’s a comfortable and safe place to leave the bicycles. The room and bathroom are so spacious and comfortable. The place that used to be an abbey is nicely decorated and has a very good aura. The hostess is an interesting and intelligent person to talk to and the breakfast was just amazing! Oh, and the swimming pool to enjoy in the morning in the garden was just what we needed after the cycling challenge of the day before. Indeed I cannot wait to go back there! And the beautiful unesco town of Cremieu is just a few steps away.

The property is really beautiful and super well located, and the room was nice, comfortable and decorated with care. The breakfast was rich, with home made products and a lot of choice. The owner was ready to give us a lot of advice as to what to do in the area, where to eat, and an excellent host.

The room was huge and very stylish. We were greeted by the host who was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room is part of a big house really close to the city center- cremieu is a charming little town too with good restaurants.

Perfect location in town, hostess was lovely, very helpful and got early to make sure we had breakfast before we caught our flight.

Maybe a couple of chairs in the room to avoid having to sit on the bed.

Clotilde the owner was lovely the place was large and clean with beautifull gardens and pool. Clotilde also went out of her way to give us late checkout.
