We found that our room was very convenient to the Dining/Breakfast room. The room was small but comfortable and we are getting used to not having a small fridge (which has always been available in former times). The staff was very friendly, happy and helpful and spoke English very well (we are Australian and speak English). The route from the Ferry was a bit tricky and we were glad to have been guided by Google. Next morning we were able to have breakfast early and get on to the highway to head south home to Florensac (near Beziers).

As I said above, we are getting used to the fact that small fridges are not provided in hotels or motels.

The night receptionist, Willy, is a wonderful credit to the hotel! I arrived late, after a very long drive. I was hungry, and hoped that I could buy a sandwich at night. But Willy was a wonderful host and cooked me up some delicious hot food! I was so grateful! Willy also chatted with me and made me feel very welcome at the hotel! He treated me like family! It is obvious that Willy really cares about the guests that stay at the hotel. The hotel was nice, and very convenient for the ferry. And the 24 reception is why I booked the hotel; but the best part of the experience was the warm kindness of the late night receptionist, Willy! 😊

The property was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very competent and happy to help. They ordered a taxi for me to go back to the train station, and helped me carry my bags, too, since I was travelling with my dog.

The property is better suited to travellers who are driving. It isn’t very good for people on foot, because it is out of town and there isn’t much public transport in Dieppe in the evenings (though buses stop very close during the day)

We stayed one night after a late ferry arrival - the hotel is about 15 min away by car from the port. There is parking right in front of the hotel. The reception was welcoming and the check-in was quick. The room was basic but comfortable. Breakfast was included for us and it was tasty, varied and plentiful.

The bathroom felt a little dated, with some mould on the shower ceiling and grout, but other than that it was clean. The hotel is in the outskirts of Dieppe in a rather ugly area, however there are some convenient big shops around for picking up last minute holiday essentials or groceries.

The breakfast was absolutely excellent! 10/10! Fresh fruit, variety of cereal, choice scrambled egg and bacon or cook your own egg, variety of bread, cheeses and jams. The fruit stand offered a bag to take some fruit; I have never seen that before! With the address in Google maps and a sign shortly before the destination, it was easy to find the hotel. It was reasonable quiet at night. The beds were super soft, for us a bit too soft.

The room is very small and the toilet seat so near to the wall that it's only recomendable for medium to slim people.

The staff on arrival on Monday 10th June & 11th June were exceptional, they were lovely to our dog fussing over him. Our vehicle had broken down & the receptionist on Tuesday morning treated us with kindness allowing us & and our luggage to wait for the breakdown truck & our Taxi in the foyer. 12/10 for their kindness ❤️ definitely will stay there again & only 10 minutes from the ferry. The bed, quilt, pillows excellent, wish I knew what make, I could do with the bed & mattress in my life, so comfortable.

Bathroom extractor fan a little noisy but guess it is essential. Bathroom loo, sink, shower unit a little tired. But it usuable.

Unfortunately, many things were out of stock at breakfast. The cheese was out, the scrambled eggs were out, there were 4 pieces of bacon left. During the time we were at breakfast, none of these were bring more. It was disappointing that I paid for our breakfast and we didn't even get any warm food. Also, the cleaner came to the room suddenly at 11:00 in the morning, even though check-out was at 12:00 and we were still in the room.

Hotel is conveniently located for a stopover after getting off the ferry. If you don't wish to drive into the town centre to eat or use the hotel restaurant if you turn left on leaving the hotel there is a restaurant within 5 minutes walk on the adjacent Shopping complex. There are two Ibis hotels in Dieppe, this is not the one adjacent to the port. This one does provide toiletries

good location, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Ideal for my needs as a one night stop over before returning to the UK by ferry. we have stayed at various hotels nearby over the past 10 years, this has been the best.

no soap in the bathroom or shower. bathroom cleanliness could be improved, however not terrible.

The personnel were extremely helpful, both helped me with my bags and put some medication into their refrigerator for me as well as my ice packs to re-freeze.

Nothing. Everything was fine at the Hotel.The only problem l had was that the Hotel was a little difficult to find, but that was probably my own fault not following the directions on my GPS correctly.
