The staff were friendly and helpful and really cared that we were happy during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a nice size. The bathroom was well equipped with shower gells and shampoos and also towelling robes and slippers. We also enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel where we were looked after very well. A good menu which we enjoyed very much.

Just that the coffee machine in our room had a water compartment that hadn't been cleaned and was a bit dirty.

It’s quiet. The room and the bathroom were quite spacious. There was complimentary coffee and tea. The staff was nice.

We reserved single beds, this request was confirmed, but when we entered the room the bed was double and it took us time, energy and negative emotions to resolve this issue. The room is cleaned daily but there is something with bed linen perhaps that makes the room full of dust immediately. For the price paid and four stars I would expect a spa or even a small swimming pool available for guests.

Excellent overnight accommodation at the start of our French leg of the Avenue Verte. Secure storage for our e-bikes. Excellent location near restaurants and the sea front. Very quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Clean, well located - met all requirements

Not warned that I needed to pay extra for my pet - although I had booked stating I was bringing one. Room was advertised as "with view over the city" - it overlooked pipes and roofs. Price felt too high for something which had nothing special.

Excellent location near to town centre and restaurants parking expensive

The breakfast was awful, although the cold buffet was very good if I were them I would discontinue doing hot food

The property was lovely, clean and in a great location

There was only one English Chanel on the tv which was BBC news and had no option to log into Netflix or prime

Having two lifts to get out of the building. Breakfast could have been better. We went to the Mercure hotel next door on two days for breakfast

This hotel was in an excellent location overlooking the seafront and the promenade. Wonderful views out to sea. We had a sea view and the room was quiet and very comfortable. The large bed was extremely comfortable. We liked the bathroom which was a good size and included a bath and a shower over the bath.

The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room. I guess this was because we were at the furthest end of the building. It was a pity that the bar was only open at certain times relating to serving dinner for guests . Surprisingly for a large hotel there was no lounge area

Second time I’ve stayed here - it’s nice and comfortable. Good value and all I need from a hotel when I’m visiting Dieppe.

My previous stay (before Covid) included a really fun trip to the Casino where we played at the tables and had a fantastic experience. This visit to the Casino was very different. There were no tables just slots. The atmosphere was not welcoming and we waited at the bar to get a drink for so long we eventually gave up. I’m not sure how affiliated the hotel is to the Casino but I don’t recommend the Casino for fun at all.

We loved that there was an extra door between the hallway and the bedroom to keep the sound out. ALL the staff were amazing. The breakfast was next level. It was super clean, the view was amazing and we were not even on the sea side. The beds were comfortable. There is absolutely no more superlatives that I can ascribe to this establishment.
