We visited in March, and it was absolutely lovely. The staff were incredibly helpful (and very patient with our lack of French). Our room was fantastic, with a stunning view over the harbour—we spent hours watching the boats come and go. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the spa was excellent—I had a facial, which was wonderful. We did visit during the off-season, so there weren’t many other guests. I’m not sure what it would be like when it’s busier, but our experience was fantastic.

We didn't always get our room cleaned each day, and when we did, they didn't replace our water etc..in the fridge.

We had a great stay here. Staff were really helpful, beds were comfortable, shower was good. We had a great time using the pool and spa facilities. The location worked well for us - it's on the edge of the main town but everywhere was walkable. They have a lovely patio with fantastic views. We really enjoyed having a balcony - well worth it. Ask to be on the 3rd or 4th floor for the best views.

The air conditioning wasn't very good - it wasn't powerful and turned off frequently throughout the night. We didn't try the breakfast as it was quite expensive.

We had a good size room with a comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast offered a very wide choice. The location of the hotel is excellent.

I found the policy of the hotel to charge guests a 100 Euro deposit against damage to the room extraordinary and, in my experience, unprecedented. Especially as there was no joint inspection of the room with the hotel management at check-in and that there were a number of faults in the room that we had to report to reception to ensure that we were not charged for them - light not working, curtain partially off the rail, shower tray missing the plinth beneath it. If they are going to charge a deposit of this type, then they really need to make sure that the room is in perfect condition before the guests arrive.

great location terrace is lovely for a drink and to people and boat watch they also had the music right . Breakfast very good cheese at room temperature and yummy French bread coffee good .

we were in room 403 and we reported on more than one occasion that our sink water was not running away properly this was never fixed .also the net curtain that was detached was never fixed. we also had a problem with our room key and everyday returned to our room after a day out we could not get in. went to the spa would be nice to have towels there. I would make an age limit on the facilities and there was 3 screaming children in the pool .........not relaxing

The location of the hotel was excellent and the layout and amenities of the hotel excellent. Everything that you need for a good rest was there, from the swimming pool, to the bar terrace, to the fantastic restaurant.

There were a few maintenance jobs that could and should have been done. The toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. The safe was closed and couldn't be opened. The tap in the downstairs was falling off. These kind of things really can let a place down. They didn't spoil it for us though.

Modern hotel in a great spot next to restaurants and shops. The balcony overlooked the sea. Staff are welcoming and helpfully sorted a problem. We didn’t have breakfast or meals at the hotel.

The tv only had French language channels - no Netflix, BBC news etc., No parking at the hotel itself; on our last trip we used the garage parking the hotel offer, which is on another street, but it was difficult to manoeuvre into and out of this basement. This trip we left the car parked on the seafront and this was free. This trip we discovered that the bridge that connects the two sides of the water (basin) is having a big overhaul and won’t be open until late 2025. The highway authority has put diversion signs in place but not enough so the ferry port is difficult to find.

Location was just perfect with both city centre and beach in short walking distance while still quiet room at night. I loved the 3rd floor room facing away from the terrace and harbour with a little view of the sea, very cosy with comfortable bed. Free and easy parking nearby is a big plus!

The outdoor (shared) terrace could have been a bit more tidy/clean, but to be fair it had rained over night and in the morning. I would also prefer a “no music” atmosphere as it could serve as a quiet area to retreat from the lively harbour lined with bustling restaurants and bars.

The breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice, was very quick to replenish if something run out, could help your self as and when you wanted,was given plenty of time to enjoy your breakfast with lovely views, highly recommend, very helpful staff. Swimming pool,steam room and sauna very relaxing very clean.

Would have liked access to the pool all day , otherwise nothing not to like.

Breakfast was excellent, the SPA pool was very clean and I had it to myself in the morning. I left my costume in the previous stop so the hotel provided me with a new one. Restaurant below was good, although they had sold out of the fish of the day.

Difficult to get to the reception as through little lanes to the back of the restaurant. We had not prebooked parking and so no spaces available although the courtyard with private parking was blocked by working going on next door.

Attentive & extremely helpful staff. Thanks in particular to Dennis @ the bar & Mirisa-Lisa on reception. Also the lady in the breakfast room. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. The restaurant served us delicious & generous portions of moules marinieres. The location was perfect for Dieppe town centre & the marina.

Can’t fault it.
