Convenient to 'auto' check in with very late arrival. The room number and access code was emailed to us before arrival. Electric car charging facility at the hotel, even though very slow, we're grateful to have this facility on site. The room design is great. 2 single beds, accessible via proper stairs (not ladder) on a mezzanine level, built above the toilet/ shower unit. Huge double bed on the same level as door entry. 4 of us don't feel cramped at all! Room air-conditioning unit, even though it was a bit noisy (but we got used to the noise after awhile), works well for a warm night, with temperature control.

The breakfast is very basic. We didn't eat there as my kids wanted more choice/ variety.

I made a mistake in my booking. Arriving late at night I was given advice through the intercom that resolved the situation. The staff in the morning were able to correct my issue with understanding and kindness. it is the second time we have used this hotel at Dieppe and look forward to going back. The rooms, Excellent breakfast and hospitality were top rate. We look forward to returning next year.

When reviewing a hotel you have to remember what you paid. Based on a 5 tar hotel this one was very poor. based on a 2-3 star hotel it was very good. Simple clean rooms, very quiet good car park, reasonable shower. Even had a reasonabe breakfast included. Great for an overnight stop.

We requested 2 rooms together for us and the children, we ended up on different floors

Very convenient for the port. Good value for money. Very clean. A great system of rooms accessed from the exterior so no noisy corridors inside!

The automated check in machine didn't work, nor did the on-call out of hours help phone. If checking in out of hours do check your email. We had been sent a room number and code whilst on the ferry but initially didn't realise this. All sorted though and a good stay.

I like the security of their coded system but see below for suggested improvements. The room was great but I’m glad I was on the ground floor as I’m not sure if they have elevators to get to the top floor.

With the coded needed for the gate it would have been extremely helpful to have been given a heads up as I arrived at around midnight and had to figure out what was going on. I was not happy! I would have happily pre-paid in order to have the code before I arrived, but if that wasn’t possible it would have been a great help to me if you would have explained that I was going to have to negotiate the outer gate upon my arrival. At least I wouldn’t have been caught off guard by it.

What a super inexpensive hotel, extremely welcoming and okay for animals. Staff recommended a good restaurant for our evening meal. Breakfast was excellent value. Very good disabled access.

The room was a little warm and had to have air-con running to establish a good temperature for myself. Probably perfect for other guests

Great value for money. We had a family room with a double and 2 singles. Room was compact but very well designed, perfectly good for an overnight stay after the ferry.

Nothing really - it’s a basic budget hotel which the French do really well. You’re a little out of town but only 5 minutes drive.

Location was excellent for us, 10 mins from the ferry terminal. The rooms are basic but perfectly fine, with a TV and a shower in the bathroom. The room was spotless. It's worth paying the 8.50€ for breakfast. There are pastries, scrambled egg and bacon ( streaky), and cereals. Fruit juice, tea, coffee etc. Could not fault it for £66 for the room and breakfast for 2.

Fully automated check in was really handy and easy to use. The rooms are really sweet and the bathroom great. Handy easy to find location if you're coming from the ferry and travelling on elsewhere.

The location is very industrial and away from the town. There's really not much there. The TV wasn't working. Also quite a few strange characters around.

Very clean and very modern. Also liked the out-of-hours self checkin. There’s a very well stocked Aldi literally just around the corner as well. And the “double decker” family room is great. Best family room I ever stayed in.
