Lovely view, romantic and breathtaking. Comfy bed and clean room and bathroom. Location is close town and ferry to St. Malo. Although we preferred the much calmer town of Dinard. The swimming pool is a bonus but it is VERY small.

While the location and privacy are lovely and the view is indelible, the price was quite high for the few services and the small swimming pool. One night, we sat on the balcony having tea and asked for something sweet to eat. The waiter had to dig up something from the fridge that was kind of mediocre. It was surprising for what they advertise as a full-service place.

The view is spectacular, even from the bathroom where the door opens onto the small terrace on the rocks overlooking the bay. The hotel has been designed cleverly, hanging onto the cliff, multi layered. It's a feat of architecture, so the view is everything, even in the depths of winter. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Good coffee machine in the bedroom with tea making facilities, and lovely Diptique products. Great lighting too for reading and ambiance. Good bedlinen and pillows too. Dinard is easy to walk around, so if you drive, park your car in Castelbrac's cunning carpark and leave it there for your stay! Castelbrac is dreamy and we will return many times!

The staircases are steep which could be a problem if you are disabled or have joint issues. But I could not fault anything else.

This hotel is extraordinary. The view is unbeatable and the whole property is magical -- incredible room and beautiful terrace, pool, harbor walk. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made everything easy, including navigating the narrow, stone-lined ramp down to the parking in an unfamiliar rental car!

The hotel was in an excellent location, it was clean and welcoming , the staff were always polite , friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the breakfast, it was made up of 3 set menus, which were made up mainly of carbs , when choosing a fruit salad option it consisted of 4 strawberries. The mini bar in the room contained no milk and when asked for breakfast tea was told there was only 1 teabag left.

They need to rethink breakfast, having to order from their selection, the night before.. I don't mind a breakfast shift system... In the end I walked into town to get Croussians, jam and butter.. Also parking needs explaining...so that guest under stand what to do rather than park bring in cases then realise there is underground parking

Service wasn’t as good as it should be for the cost. Too reactive and not particularly engaging Some aspects of the room were very disappointing: towel radiator didn’t work, one sink was blocked, Wi-Fi was intermittent and it was almost impossible to get English speaking tv reception

Very, very good environment, with extraordinary service, there were pleasant surprises in the room for our wedding anniversary, I recommend it to everyone😍 Thank you again for everything✨❤️

Great location. Fabulous room with a wrap around terrace.. delicious dinner in the restaurant but it’s a tasting menu which we probably wouldn’t have chosen. Staff excellent

Amazing and quirky hotel with interesting history and fabulous view over the bay between St Malo and Dinard. Terrific and classy renovation done just before the pandemic. Def worth the trip.

Well... it's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Breakfast excellent, room comfortable, e-bikes great. Best bit was the staff though - all of them were excellent

Room was a little on the small side and would’ve been nice to have a bath in the bathroom!
