The room is lovely, featuring a jacuzzi. It's situated on the ground floor, with a table and chairs outside for you to enjoy the forest view and beautiful sunsets. Parking for your car is conveniently located nearby. The restaurant is excellent. You can enjoy the swimming pool with hydromassage and an infrared sauna. The hotel offers complimentary equipment for minigolf, tennis, and bowling in the expansive and pleasant area. There's also the option to iron your clothes.

- The water in the small outdoor jacuzzi bath was quite dirty; consequently, we decided not to take the risk. - The hotel is situated near the highway, a bit far from the cities, and there aren't many other restaurants or supermarkets around.

The room was very clean and a great size for 3 people and 2 dogs. The aircon was wonderful in these extreme temperatures and very quiet, the beds were very comfortable. There was a set of double doors going out to a small patio area with a table and 2 chairs which was was great. The room had electric shutters which kept the room cool and secure when we were out. It was possible to get a pass to allowing us to use the large swimming pool at the camping site next door which our son made the most of. You definitely need a car to make the most of the area, found a great wee restaurant in Vergt, and Perigueux wasn’t too far. Parking was extremely easy. The room was also very quiet and peaceful considering it is quite close to the road. There was plenty of space to take the dogs for a walk. The bar was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would recommend, fantastic service and great value for money.

Can’t think of anything other than maybe adding a few lighter bar snacks like burgers etc to the menu.

The staff were frendly and put up with my very bad french but members of the staff were able to speak english very well and were very helpful, the menu was very nice and managed to try most of the dishes over the 2 days we were there. The rooms were very clean and the AC unit was a needed due to the high temperatures, the hotel overall was very tidy and the staff were helpful and polite.

There is nothing really I did not like about the hotel, the only thing that might be good is having a menu in English would have saved some confusion when ordering.

The food was amazing, we loved the pool and the grounds. The staff were lovely and treated our granddaughter like the person she is, making her orange cocktails. This was a lovely base to explore the local area and the book of info was really helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable, well equipped and quiet.

The ceiling in the bathroom needed decoration.

Buffet breakfast was good, choice of coissant or baguette, and a buffet of other things. Help yourself to coffee. Staff were very friendly, but not much English. I arrived late, too late for lunch, but kitchen very kindly made me an omelette - best I've had for a long while. Really nice of the waitress to bother persuading them and nice of them to cook it.

I set all the alarms off coming back to the hotel late, after reception was closed. I misunderstood the explanation in French that you used a side door with a code to get in. I used the front door (my bad). The owner was not impressed but he could have been pretty cross with me. I died with embarrassment.
