Very friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful setting, next to the river. Great location for restaurants and shops. Everything you need, very clean, typical French gite and amazing pool and views. Enjoyed some local attractions nearby with our family of four, including two teenagers.

Absolutely beautiful setting on the river. Amazing views. The grounds, pool and holiday homes all look picture postcard perfect. Comfortable, enormous beds. Well equipped kitchen. Friendly, knowledgeable owners gave us lots of advice about where to visit and restaurant recommendations.

We loved everything. In an ideal would we would have liked air con or a fan available. Take insect repellent and bite cream. Due to its close proximity to the river, you will need it. The holiday home does have mosquito blinds on the windows.

A stunning location by the river, the views, the plants and trees. The pool and the grounds were so lovely to spend time in we didn’t want to go anywhere else and spent much of our time swimming and reading by the pool! We reserved the bar area one evening, and the hosts gave us a barbecue so we could have a relaxed evening with our family who were staying nearby. Both Sieta and Tom were so welcoming and wanted to make us feel at home.

Unclear about what should happen to rubbish and recycling. Wifi in and out.

Very comfortable stay in an excellent location right on the river. Close to the centre of Lalinde but very quiet. Excellent, friendly hosts who told us about the many things to do in the area.

Lovely swimming pool, but the water was really chilly!

Location was excellent and beautiful river views from the room terrace. The room we had actually booked did not have a terrace adjoining the room and we were disappointed but Tom sorted it out for us and for a small extra fee we had a room with direct access to a beautiful terrace with stunning views of the river.

The kitchen was very small and very dated. It was not very easy to cook a meal and no microwave.

Great location, comfortable and clean

There could have been a bath mat to step out onto. Smelly kitchen tea towel left in the washing machine from previous occupants made the kitchen smell.

A perfect spot to base a visit in the Dordogne. The accommodations were comfortable and the patio overlooking the river was a great spot for a drink or meal. The hosts were gracious, friendly and very helpful. Lots of walks , restaurants, medieval villages and vineyards were all within a short drive or walk into Lalinde. We stayed for a week and could have stayed for two.

The internet can be a bit slow at times.

Got told we had to remove rubbish from site however French family was allowed to use there bins. Not the greatest
