Breakfast was really good, the room was nice - nothing fancy or very large, but nice. Staff was welcoming at check-in, even to a couple of English-speakers who can only manage a few simple phrases in French. This was a nice place to stay outside of Strasbourg, then use the park & ride to visit Strasbourg without driving into the city center and fighting parking.

There was not any parking available when we arrived and had to park nearby in public parking. It worked fine, and there was open space in the hotel lot, but a bus had blocked access to about 25 spots. Also, the hotel bar was closed the night we arrived (Friday night). It would have been nice to have been able to get a glass of wine and relax in the bar for the evening.

We stayed for one night in the suite and liked it a lot. The furniture is comfy, the mattress is very good, the wardrobe is huge, and the suite has everything needed for a short stay. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening.

The bathroom is very new, spotless, and in general superb with one minus: almost total lack of hooks for towels. For two people, there should be at least 4 hooks, but we only could hang 2 towels. But it was a minor problem.

There was a problem with overbooking, but thanks to the staff's responsiveness, the problem was resolved satisfactory. The staffs are reliable and flexible.

There was a large group of people in the hotel when we stayed, so everything took a long time. But it was a high season so can't complain.

The staff was super friendly, helped with questions always, really professional, the room was big, the bathroom too and super clean, the carpet looked a little older but it was clean,. All in all i would go there again

For the price its nothing to complain

Nice location for me . Hotel is good. Food quality good. They generously allowed me to check out as late as 2 PM which was very helpful.

Perfect stay. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very warm and cozy. Less than 3 minutes walk from the ter station.

The hotel, although small and familiar, seems to have undergone a complete renewal in the recent past. The bedrooms are stylish and very comfortable, the breakfast room is quite pleasant and the staff, which seems to be a family, were amazing, always helpful and aiming to please. A plus note was the hotel dog, which we found really cute, although the feeling didn't seem to be mutual. She is a bit shy but gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in the area, and if the opportunity arise, we will definitely be back!

The indication for the parking is not clear. We weren't able to reach the hotel designated space. Also, I had requested in advance a bathroom with a bathtub, but I didn't get any reply to my request - I later realised that there were no bathtubs in the rooms,so maybe that's the reason...

Friendly and helpful staff. The place was super clean and tidy. They also have a little fenced off area if you have a dog to run around. The quadruple size room was plenty large enough for 2 adults and two children. Train station is five minutes walk. Then about 17 mins to Strasbourg and about 40 mins to Colmar.

The breakfast was a bit overpriced. Also a fee for dogs each day, each dog.

Expectations were low because of the previous poor reviews I have read BUT everything was very good at the hotel. Nice staff & service, good breakfast (a bit pricy though), and very clean and comfortable room. Location excellent when on route to southern France!
