The hotel is situated in a very nice Village quite 25 by car from strassburg. The village is very nice and traditional with lovely places. The hotel is clean and with parking and the staff very polite. Opposite the hotel there's a Boulangerie with lots of food. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms not very big. There's no variety on the breakfast as for example for me in vegetable and vegetarian choices actually there were nothing for vegetable and fresh fruits. Also the hotel answered too late to all the questions we had set five days before arrival . It was already the third day we were staying there.

As a one-night stopover on a motorcycle trip this was ideal. Comfortable, modern, functional. Great air con after a very hot day, beds were great. A bit of a formula hotel but it suited our needs perfectly. 10 minute walk into Obernai village was very convenient.

Although there was fenced and gated parking the gates remained open all night which wasn’t great for secure parking. Staff member on check-in was rather abrupt. When guests started arriving for breakfast items soon ran out - we didn’t stay long enough to see whether they were replenished ( certainly weren’t very quickly)

The stuff were super mega nice!! And mega helpful, specially Abdel (Hotel manager), he was the best!!!!! He gave us a lot of information and recommendations, he was super nice (as the rest of the employees) and helped us a lot. We recommended 💯 as also the hotel was really well located, really comfy beds and spacious rooms. Also just outside it's a bakery we're you can have Breakfast, lunch and snacks, stuff was really nice also.

Nothing, all was perfect

Excellent basic accomodations.Very clean. Manager absolutely delightful - very professional and genuinely very friendly - tailormade a solution for an extension despite being fully booked by rearranging the room allocation. Even arranged a breakfast after "breakfast hours". Highly recommended if you are looking for a basic accomodation. Very good value for money. Great parking in front of hotel. Easy to find.

A charger and a socket by the bed, would have been perfect

Good stop off hotel, friendly staff, easy walking distance from the town centre (less than 2 Kilometres). Easy to locate. Room clean and fresh. Great patisserie in front of the hotel. Ample secure parking.

Soap only available in the shower. No hair dryer available in the room.

We have stayed already quite often in the past and we were always happy. Location, the room which is practical, kind stuffs.

One night at after 4:30, we had been woking up with an alarm, which was fautive, ( maybe someone smoked in the room?) We could not sleep anymore. We did not get any explanation.

The OneLoft hotel is at a good location for people who are travelling from Belgium or Netherlands who wants to take a brake before entering Switzerland. It is calm place to stay and explore as well. The parking is also free.

Not that I noticed anything special, everything was ok for one night.

Very neat, modern and well situated. Ideal for overnight stay and if you have a car. About 15 min walk to the lovely town centre, and there is a fabulous bakery just across the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money!

The hotel was exactly as described and as expected, good value for money, quiet location, plenty of free parking in the car park, rooms clean, linens clean, provided the baby cot we asked for, staff friendly and accommodating. Good quality basic hotel. Brilliant bakery over the road and good restaurants nearby.

Desk receptionist was really nice . Parking place is so good. Hotel is nice . And price was good.

There was a small issue with the douche box. Mattress was not perfect to me . The room could be a bit bigger ...and on this modern times a room for 4 persons need more electrical connectors for chargers...
