The Yonaguni Spa /pools was Fantastic. The in-house pool/ spa also looked good but we did not use it. Would return to the hotel again only because it was so close to/ part of this great spa facility. Breakfast was Great.

The bathroom was very small and the room felt a little tired and in need of an update. Common area carpets needed a good clean. Access within hotel for those with disabilities would not be easy with many levels and steps. If in a wheelchair I imagine almost impossible.

The entry fee for the Yonaguni-Spa is per Room (60€). Means, if you are travelling alone you still have to pay the 60€. In my opinion thats not fair and not customer-friendly. Its super nice if you are f.e. a couple and you only have to pay 30€ each. But no prive adjustments if you are alone - c‘mooon, serious?

The rooms are really very small Parking is not directly at the hotel, but you have to walk about 3 minutes to the underground garage (you can unload your luggage at the hotel)

Yonaguni spa is definitely worth a visit, great experience. The spa area in the hotel itself is also a nice one, but we did not appreciate that it cannot be used after the check out or before the check in, so one needs to pay at Yonaguni, if interested to go to spa. Room was pretty small and it could have been cleaner (a lot of dust and stains on the wall). Still bed was very comfortable. Breakfast has been excellent. Very polite and kind staff.

The room was small but cozy, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast had the best French Toast I've had in a long time, the lunch buffet was very tasty (and healthy!). The Yonaguni SPA is really a next level experience, I was a bit sceptical at the start but it exceeded my expectations - very large, with so many things to explore. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience!

Nice room and a fantastic breakfast with a huge selection of delicious options. The new spa looked quite busy but we were delighted to have the residents-only Asiane spa all to ourselves! The bar is very nice and serves great cocktails.

The room was a little dated and the shower leaked but this was fixed the next day and we were given a bottle of Cremant on departure by way of an apology.

Beautiful decor, well-appointed and very efficient. Spa facilities we're very clean and enjoyable.

Guests we're smoking everywhere. All lounges, public areas and even out on the patios. Couldn't escape the smoke although we thought we were staying at a wellness spa! Should have one designated non-smoking public area.. A full day of construction work occurred outside of our room and it was very noisy and couldn't enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful grounds. Disappointing. Stayed for two nights, air conditioning was not functional on a hot sticky visit. Couldn't sleep well. they tried to fix it, it was about 20% better and the second night was a bit more comfortable. We were not offered a comparable quality room so opted to tough it out.. we brought these concerns to hotel management, they were quite apologetic and had lots of reasons why...

Nice cosy rooms, outstanding room service. Beautiful modern spa wellness zone, for me the best out of what I have already visited. Cute teracces with green zones. Definitely the place to come back

Airco in the room wasn't really working well, even at 17 degrees the room was extremely hot.

The spa is very large, and has a lot of facilities. One of the best spas I've been to. Highly recommended! Best suited for couples
