Everything was wonderful! A very charming hotel with a soul — modest, comfortable room with a great view and a good bathroom. Quiet location right in the heart of the town. The breakfast was fantastic! Usually in France, breakfast means just coffee and a croissant, but here we had eggs, fresh vegetables and fruit, yoghurts — and of course, amazing croissants. Thank you so much!

Parking in the town is a bit of a challenge — in the evening, there was absolutely nowhere to park on the street. But there’s an underground garage just 200 meters from the hotel, and overnight parking cost €11, which is totally fair.

We spent two nights in Obernai to visit the city and surrounding area. The hotel, a 14th century building with exposed beams, is VERY well located in the city centre and is about a 1 minute walk from everything. There is lots of public parking available in the area. The owners and staff are very friendly. We were in the quadruple room: a double bed and two single beds in a duplex. Lots of room and the kids were happy to have their own area. All in all, an excellent hotel!

The bathroom was functional but with no shower curtain nor support to hold the shower head...not the end of the world but not the most comfortable shower ever.

We had a wonderful stay at the Logis hôtel de la cloche in Obernai. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely nice. We loved the breakfast we got to enjoy in the morning. The hotel has a lot of charme and is perfect for a little getaway. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to visit Obernai.

Fantastic location, lovely staff that were helpful and friendly, charming old building directly situated in the old town. A/C was an incredible plus.

Given the historic building, the rooms felt a little awkward. Low ceilings, and constrained proportions.

The Hotel is in a wonderful position, in the very center of the town and it is part of the old historical houses sourronding the square. Comfortable room (we were in a triple room), clean and silent. Very good breakfast and the staff was kind and available.

right in the middle of town, a short 10 minutes walk from the train station, small room but with excellent updated elements like double glass windows to keep street noise out in an 18th century building

the restaurant is run by a partner business and they don’t give a rat about hotel guests wanting a drink or something small to eat… quote: we are not a bar for hotel guests…. procedure to enter the hotel site late at night not the simplest one

All was as expecte and hotel is very center. Room was clear an despite windows on the street there was no related noise in the room.

It maybe tricky to park close to the hotel if you come by car and you can hear very well when your neighbour comes or leaves.

Very friendly and supportive staff, charming and historical ambience, breakfast is great, very well located, enough parking space around the house, modern bright renovated rooms with taste

This is a very pleasant hotel in a beautiful town. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location couldn't be better - right in the centre of town. Breakfast provision is good, with just one small drawback - see below.

The only thing if that the breakfast room itself is small with tables close together. Not a lot of space if lots of guests are eating at the same time! But I wouldn't let that put you off.

They have done well to create modern rooms in an old building. Good shower.

The tussle over the bill was unfortunate. We had a different perspective on a preauthorisation on my debit card that turned into a payment, and so I declined to pay a second time.
