The hotel located on the old manson, but rooms are not in same spot or row. They are separeted on different buildings and corners that make it very homely. Yard on middle is like connecton spot and all necesary is located around yard - reception, spa, restorans. Rooms are suprisngly well equipped and modern. Breakfast was rich choice and good. But most important is city around. Its something unbeliveable beautyful if you looking something from old times. Its all old history is equipped modern tehcnology - wifi, card payments and modern services. Beside good food and Alsace wines. Also is on hotel small, but conviniet Spa with 2 sauna and pool with some extra bubbling elements. Fresh water from machine and coffe available for free 24/7. We travel a lot, but this place is from many hotels on place nr 1. Almost forgot - there is also garden for morning coffe or quality time with children. After this hotel no other hotel seems good enough. We have stay in hundereds hotels worldwide, but this, in small french city beat them all. And we found it absolutely accidentally, when looked place to stay overnight.

Nothing at all. Maybe advise note on website as the entrance to hotel free parking goes trough narrow yard and trough gates height only 1.95. We had long van -5.40 m and 2.2 wide and 1.93 height and got trough very very carefully without any scratch, but not all skilled. Maybe is good note a option open gates from way out - there is no limits width or height.

Obernai is a beautiful, chocolate box town and A La Cour d'Alsace is ideally located a short walk from the main streets, shops, restaurants and market squares. The car park is great, so there's no problem leaving the car behind to walk around. Staff were excellent, especially Kezia, the receptionist who welcomed us like we were old friends, even though we'd never been here before. She helped us with restaurant bookings and showed us around the hotel facilities. We dined in the hotel's own restaurant on our first night and it was excellent.

Nothing to dislike.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was spacious & had a comfortable king size bed. The location was terrific because the town of Obernai was close to Strasbourg, Ribauville & Dambach & Obernai itself was a big surprise because it, too was a bustling, vibrant town. The hotel offered a huge car park & a spa experience if you were organised.

We would have liked to have had dinner there one night but you had to book in advance. The fridge did not work

We had a suite - St. Moritz, and rooms and bathroom were great. Ample space, and access plus convenient private parking close by. Location is super with easy access to the center of town by foot. Garden was cozy and breakfast was great - very good selection and products.

The minibar did not work, and the restaurants nor bar were not open, so we did not get that part for our stay. It is however so close/in town, so plenty of offers for restaurants and bars.

The hotel was very nice, good facilities with complementary water, soda, coffee and juice available 24/7.thr heated pool and sauna are very nice and great for cold winter days. The Hotel is in a great location in Obernai. The staff are very nice and helpful.

The room cleaning was not sufficient and our towels were not replaced daily. We had to contact the reception and ask for it almost every day.

Secluded court yard frontage and secure parking for my motorcycle. Lovely large room with air conditioning; which was essential at 31 degrees. However, the portable air conditioning unit was very noisy with venting hose hanging out and open window. Not ideal. Centrally placed to walk easily to the centre with lovely restaurants.

Noisy air conditioning and multiple road closure that made arriving and leaving very difficult.

The location was superb right in the middle of this lovely town.yet so quite The car parking was superb very large car park and plenty of secure parking.The hotel was beautiful, lovely room bathroom facilities, beautiful linen, towels and everything lovely and clean.comfortable beds The breakfasts were great and set you up for the day. The cour d Alsace was an exceptionally well run hotel , totally customer focused and all staff genuinely wanted the guests to have a good experience.I highly rate it and we will most certainly be staying again.

there was nothing we did not like it was all excellent.

Beautiful settings we had a big room with a balcony too.The bathroom had a bathtub in it .Free drinks and coffee.We ran out of time and couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool and sauna .The breakfast was delicious.The staff very friendly

I found a long black hair in the sink and black body hair on the bathroom floor which is not expected in a 4 star hotel

Great room. Large, comfortable, and well appointed. We had a minor maintenance issue initially and the staff handled it quickly and effectively. The receptionist was attentive and very helpful trying g to help us with a dinner reservation since their restaurant was closed the day we visited. The hotel, like the staff, was a first class property that exceeded my expectations. The location was great to access Obernai. There was plenty of parking at the hotel in a large, private courtyard. I am glad we stayed there.

Located in the centre of Obernai, but tucked away and very private and peaceful. Lots of secure car parking available, including ev chargers. The room was fabulous and very comfortable with a lovely view onto the garden. The very helpful reception staff provided good recommendations for dinner and the hotel breakfast was fabulous. The pool/spa area was immaculate and very relaxing.
