Very nice room - it has a mini kitchen with all required cooking utensil. Everything was very clean, beautiful and modern. A bus and tram stop is close to hotel. There is also a huge underground garage under the building. Breakfast was nice with wide variety of choices. A neighborhood is quite modern - a lot of business buildings, European Parliament is a few minutes away.

Not a big deal, just keep in mind that check-in and check-out procedures has to be done in different hotel (AC hotels). It's in the same building, just a different entrance (Residence Inn - on the left, AC hotels - on the right).

The room / apartment was beautiful and equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for. If you are looking for an independent lock up and go luxury apartment with kitchen, utensils, coffee maker, cooker top, luxury king bed, TV and full bathroom, then this is the place for you. The apartments styling was modern and beautiful, and looking over Strasbourg you feel relaxed. In addition, the hotel is located a walk away from the European parliament in an upmarket newer part of town (30mins walk from the famous old inner city). On street (free) parking opposite the hotel was available for all 5 days we stayed here which was a bonus - no need to park in the nearby Wacken underground parking garage, as the area is quiet and safe. In addition, the building and nearby buildings had a grocery store, Starbucks, Bio Burger (delicious takeout burgers), and Vietnamese restaurant onsite. The area overall is very beautiful and modern, and has a corporate office park theme.

The breakfast was chaotic to say the least. Of the 3 coffee machines available, only one worked, for which we had to queue for 10mins to get a cup of coffee. In addition, the breakfast area was far too small and always full to capacity by 9.30am. Food was almost finished and on most of the days the scrambled eggs were always out of stock. The overall quality here was really lacking for an alleged 4 star hotel. Basically all that was available was cheeses, scrambled eggs, cold meats, some cereals, and breads. No much variety to be honest. A real disappointment.

In almost every aspect was a great place to stay. Next block is a Carrefour very well stocked. The garage is under the hotel building. Breakfast is very good.

You need to pay for the garage.Luckily is not so expensive however it will cost you over night around 12 €. If you need to enter by the paying station the garage to access your car the metal door will be stuck and you need to use all your force to open it. For breakfast the only egg option available every morning is very soft scrambled eggs which are not very appealing.However if you skip the eggs are plenty other options in the menu.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this studio. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was equally large and well-equipped. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, tasty options – definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Location-wise, it was perfect for getting around the city. We could easily reach the apartment from the train station by taking bus D, and getting to the city center was quick and easy via tram B or E. The European Parliament was just one tram stop away, which was a pleasant surprise for us! Overall, a great place to stay – quiet, convenient, comfortable, and with a lovely breakfast. We would definitely return!

Big and clean room, comfortable bed pillows and mattress, good parking facilities directly under the hotel building, 7-8 mins by tram to the city center and located very close (3-4 mins walk) to the European Commission building.

Breakfast could be improved ,as there were not many options. I expect more options from a 4 star Marriot hotel. Also it is not satisfactory that Marriot Bonvoy members can not collect points at Marriot hotel when they make a reservation via booking.com. Unfortunately my request to add Marriot Bonvoy points was rejected , stating that I should make a booking directly via the Marriot website if I want to add points.

Everything was great. We had the Standard Studio on the 5th Floor. The room was spacious and elegant, , the bathroom was nice - good water pressure. Breakfast was great, a fantastic variety of breadfast selection. Great location, the tram station 'Wacken' is 4 mins walk from the hotel and 16 - 20 mins ride to the town centre. 35 mind on foot (2.3 km). Staff were professional and friendly. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby - 2 mins walk. Free street parking on the street at the back of the hotel, but it's dependant on availability.

The gym is a bit small but enough for a good cardio. Will be difficult to accommodate more than 5 people at one time.

Brand new hotel, actually two hotels sharing the same building. Standard business **** in a good area just a few hundred meters from EU Parliament. Easy to get to the historical center either by tram or it takes about thirty minutes of walk through very nice area Breakfast was above usual standard of similar establishments. Very quiet area, only one quarter of rooms are facing a street and not particularly busy one, others are facing commercial buildings, which are empty evenings and nights or quiet residential area across the park.

AC in the room could have been stronger, luckily I was there in May and not in summer months. Check-in little confusing as the reception for this hotel is marked only as the reception for the other hotel sharing the premises.

the breakfast area was very narrow no space to move each time you walk around people hit with each other, very crowded with no space to move, added to the that from the minute we entered till we left the line for the coffee machine was really long keeping in mind only one coffee machine was in service, we didn't get the chance to fill our cups... in addition to that we had to wait for a while for the empty plate in the buffet to be replaced...in short the breakfast area was a disappointment

Good location with Parliament a block away, grocery store next door, tram/bus stops 1/2 block away, and 35m walk to city center. Room was modern and functional with king bed and small kitchen. Breakfast was included and while items remained the same each day, there was a good selection of hot and cold items. Staff was very good clearing away dirty dishes and cleaning tables for next guests.

Although room had a thermostat, the temperature did not change nor did room fan work. Fortunately, we were there in November so we could leave the window open. TV/couch layout could have been better, no oven, and would have preferred a real bathroom door. Provided 4 pillows, but all very soft rather than two soft and two firmer so guest would have a choice. Hotel's Wi-Fi blocked my work VPN connection so I had to hotspot from phone which I have not had to do in other hotels throughout Europe.

It was warm and comfortable. The room amenities were great, the bed and pillows very comfortable, and it was very clean. The location is great, very urban with cafes and places to eat, and also the closeness of the market and pharmacy is very convenient. The public transport is just out front and it's only 3 stops from the centre. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Only minor remarks. It's okay if the cleaning is every third day, but at this price point, we would have prefered if the towels are changed daily if we place them on the floor, if new toilet paper is brought every day, and the garbage to be picked up. New coffee capsules and small water bottles are provided every day, which is nice.
