Nice bad. Very comfortable. Good location. The heating is electric, and it was ok in April, but I am doubtful that it would be enough during the winter.The toilet is small, but that allows you to watch tv sitting on the throne. Excellent shower. Very dirty. The table was sticky. The cleaning service is the friend of the dust and doesn't want to disturb it. A little bit noisy due to the proximity of the tram

In just 10 minutes by tram we were in the center of Strasbourg, we bought a ticket that lasts 24 hours for the three of us (husband, daughter and I), and it cost about 11 euros. The parking is private and locked, it can only be opened with the room number.

We booked the accommodation through Booking.com and therefore had to wait 2pm to check in because the staff was working from then on. Before that, it is possible to check in yourself from 12pm to 2pm at the machine, but only if you booked the room through the B&B website, not through Booking.com.

Very near to Tram line D. Can reach the city center within 10-15 mins. Affordable and clean rooms. Eventhough the room was a bit small it had all the expected facilities.

One downside was there was no one at the reception when Checkout. We had to leave anyway as we had to catch a train. Luckily there was not a rook key to return as the door had a digital lock

We were happy with our stay there, especially the hotel's value for money. Breakfast was very good (for the price of 8.5e). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There are a few points to improve: I texted the hotel a few days before our arrival to ask if it was possible to leave our luggage in the hotel or check in one hour in advance. I received no reply, and when we were in the hotel, there was no one to talk to. Even a NO to my request would be helpful, and we could plan accordingly.

The location is fantastic,the parking is spacious and relatively safe (eventhough the parking door is not closing at night),the tram stop at 50m (10min from city center).It was very clean,they were cleaning the room and changing towels every day.There is a super market at 700m (2 tram stops) that was cool,a gas station at 20m, that was useful too. Above all the reseptionist (the middle aged one with the mustache) who found my bank card in the corridor and brought her to me,thank you stranger..

Upon my arrival (after 10 hrs driving) they discovered a mistake in my reservation(i dont know what ,because i had the confirmation mail from booking and it was all right)!To make things even worst, the lady at the reception couldn't speak english to sort it out.I had to call a friend back home (Greece) to translate in french...Eventually they gave me a room with a twin bed for a 3 persons family..and they charged me 33€ for my son..We were to tired to argue and we took the deal.Eventually we were so exhausted every day (20km walking..) and the bed issue didn't trouble us.The elevator was broken down all the 5 days that we stayed.The building is old,clean but need to be renovated and soon (at room 119 the toilet seat was unglued and shaking for christ sake..)

Breakfast, free parking, wi-fi, location (10 min walk from parliament). I dont know why the low score, maybe because not every member of the staff speaks english

Small window, tiny bathtub, beds could be more comfortable

The staff was great and always on hand for anything I needed, my room was cleaned on daily basis, I felt very comfortable all the time. Didn't take the breakfast, only morning coffee which was surprisingly good considering that in Strasbourg it's quite difficult to find good coffee anywhere. Wifi was excellent, and the location is great, I was in the middle of everything I needed for work and fun. Tram station is just a couple of feet away, b&b is a half an hour of walking distance from the center, surrounded by parks. It was a bit noisy, my room was by the elevator shaft, but I didn't mind at all. Definitely good value for money, great for business trips like mine.

Good price for value. Clean room, easy check in.

The walls are very thin, so if you have noisy neighbours you will hear them. The room is really extremely small. It's enough if all you need is a bed to sleep.

Spacious room, clean bedding, very close to tram stop - only 10 mins to the city. Quiet considering close to main road.

Breakfast was very simple.

A convenient hotel close to the European Parliament seat. Basic but good value.

The showers are really small :(
