We had a wonderful stay for three nights. The evening receptionist was absolutely helpful and kind. He assisted us as we settled in and was ready to help when we needed some extra tea bags for one of us who was feeling a bit ill. The room, while on the smaller side, was more than adequate. It featured a balcony with a lovely view of the neighborhood, and we could even see Strasbourg Cathedral. The outdoor swimming pool was very welcome, especially since we stayed during a heat wave. We made more than enough use of the spa, which included a sauna, hammam, and whirlpool, and it was very enjoyable after long days of walking around the city. The location is somewhat far from the city center, but the nearby bus stops made it easy to reach. Otherwise, it’s a very enjoyable 30-minute walk. We would absolutely recommend this place.

Unfortunately, since our last stay two years ago the city authorities have decided to be very draconian regarding parking where the hotel is located even though it is well outside the city centre. It is now extortionately expensive to leave the car at the hotel during the day (we had bikes for getting around the city). I feel if the hotel is unable to persuade the authorities to be more lenient to visitors then it will suffer a drop in repeat booking from those who are driving around France & Europe which will be a shame.

Room : clean, wide and comfortable with free upgrade. Position : in spite of being two km away from downtown (Petit France) it is in a very nice area. Staff: kind and friendly. Spa & pool : not very big but nice.

Private parking costs 40€/night but in the nearby area at a walkable distance there are free parking lots. Breakfast: having hot beverages only from the machine is something that is not good for such a hotel level. It would have been better to have a person preparing hot beverages. Type of breakfast pretty basic with no fresh fruit, only fruit salad, again not for such a hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Garrigae Villa La Florangerie in Strasbourg, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Mine featured a comfortable bed, a sleek bathroom, and thoughtful touches like a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee pods. Our room have balcony with lovely views, adding to the charm and comfort. One of the highlights of the hotel is its wellness area. The spa includes a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and both indoor and outdoor pools. It’s beautifully designed and ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The ambiance is cozy and relaxing, and the treatments available add an extra layer of luxury. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. From the warm welcome at check-in to helpful local tips and recommendations, they made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Breakfast was another strong point, with a generous buffet including fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs prepared to order. It was the perfect way to start the day in a relaxed and elegant setting. Overall, Hôtel Garrigae Villa La Florangerie stands out for its stylish design, high-quality amenities, and outstanding service. Whether you’re visiting Strasbourg for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable stay.

However, one small drawback was the lack of a proper wardrobe for storing clothes. While there was some space to hang a few items, a full closet would have been much more convenient for a longer stay.

Wonderful place to stay in Strasburg, safe area and only two bus stops from old town District. Everything was spotless clean, we loved the little Spa area, which we had almost to ourselves in the morning. The hotel has lovely decor and a lot of greenery. In summer they also offer a spacious outdoor pool. The room was comfortable spacious and had a wonderful bathroom. Definitely a recommendation for a place to stay in Strasburg!

Hotel has no parking, but there is parking along the street. We would recommend to park at the park and ride close to the hotel, it was only €15 for three days and has public transportation tickets included, which is fantastic.

The staff were incredibly friendly! Mattia gave us a warm welcome and even helped us find free parking close to the hotel. The hotel is located near a lovely park. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic.

We only stayed for one night on our way to Italy. The room was in the corner of the hotel and had a bit of an odd layout, which made it a little awkward to move around easily. That said, no complaints at all about cleanliness or comfort — everything was spotless and well-equipped.

We arrived 2 hours early and the gentleman behind the table had no problem providing our room to us early. He was very polite. He explained the city map and told us about parking. Parking was about 2 euros for the night just in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and amazing. Loved the jet spray tub and the walk in shower. Breakfast was perfect...hot and cold. Could not say enough about this place. Would recommend to all friends and family and we would book this place again.

The only thing I could think of is to have the small pool and sauna open a little later.

This is a really nice place to stay. Having both a spa and pool it felt more like a resort. Even though we were only there for two nights we felt totally relaxed. Big rooms and ensuite made some much more expensive places we had stayed in seem way overpriced. Then there was breakfast, what a selection. It would have to be the best on our trip.

There wasn't much we didn't like about this hotel other than it was a bit further away from the city than I would normally stay. Having said that the walk into the city was pleasant and took us about twenty minutes.

Beautiful hotel in an attractive, quiet area of the city. Of course, the walk into the centre is a little longer but the pay-off of this was a stunning location and the beautiful Orangerie park on our doorstep. Staff were lovely. Chilled water was available from a machine at the bar without limit, a huge perk for an August stay and sensible for the environment. Having the pool was amazing, as was use of the balcony.

Naturally, there were mosquitos around the pool so use repellent carefully.

We had a great time staying here for two nights. The room was really nice. The bed was exceptionally comfy as were the sheets, and the lighting in the room was really neat allowing you to tailor the amount and type of light to your liking. There was also a Nespresso machine in our room and the coffee pods were complimentary, which was just about the best thing ever in my book.

It was a little bit far from downtown/oldtown Strasbourg. We obviously had the address before we booked it and saw that it was about a 25-minute walk into town. However, we figured we'd just hop on a bus on a nearby street but it turns out you have to walk 10-12 minutes to get to the nearest bus stop so we were kind of caught between the two, not sure whether to take the bus or walk. The pool was nice and warm but there were a lot of mosquitos around the pool deck area, so sunbathing was out of the question.
