The hotel is located close to the old town, it’s 25 min walk or several stops by tram which is near the hotel. The room is really big, clean with a kitchen, sitting area and even a small balcony. The staff nice and helpful. It’s a nice and quiet location, but you will find some restaurants, supermarkets and a big shopping center right next to the hotel. I walked to the railway station in 45 min. The tram stop is next to the hotel in case you have big suitcases.

To open the entrance door you need to ring a bell. Couple of times I was ringing and there was no one on the reception to open the door. Finally a passing by guest of the hotel helped me. And what if someone returns very late? I asked for a badge to be able to open the door independently but the reception refused. It was really inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Neat and clean apartment, very close to tram stop and other shops. All tourist attractions are just 10-15 mins by tram. Staff is very helpful and tries to accommodate every request possible.

To enter the apartment building you always need to depend on staff to open the door, you cannot enter on your own. Although we did not have any issues while entering, I think they should try to make the entry independent for guests. Also, some basic kitchen essentials would be handy like salt, pepper, oil, rice cooker, non stick pans etc. These are just suggestions to improve nothing was a deal breaker for us.

The apartment was very big for me alone - a sitting room/kitchen with a separate bedroom and ensuite WC/shower. Very clean. The bed was comfy and the sleep quality very good - quiet inside and outside. The accommodation is actually part of a seniors' residence - same entrance (just in case you are not sure where to go). The staff was very welcoming. It is not very close to the centre of the city, but trams are running just next to the building and it takes around 15 minutes to get to the central station.

The place was very clean and spacious. The staff helpful and courteous. The hotel is next to a Tram stop and city center can be easily reached on foot. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around including a shopping mall and theater. The area is surrounded by canals and is very pleasant in the evening. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and the sofa bed was as comfortable as the main bed (which was a pleasant surprise). The wi-fi connectivity is good and the Passcode needs to be picked up from the front desk when checking in.

The hotel has no parking of its own. You will have to park in either the nearby Mall's parking area or in another public parking space called ZenPark. Availability in these areas can be tricky so it is best to reserve in advance through their apps.

A spacious 1 bedroom apartment with Kitchen and dining area. Good for self catering. The apartment is located in a seniors retirement complex and is near the river with many restaurants and a massive shopping centre. We walked to the city centre where all the beautiful sites of Strasbourg are located. I have no hesitation in recommending Medicis Home for a comfortable stay. Stanley in Reception deserves a a special mention, always ready to help.

The parking was located in a separate building opposite Medicis and the entrance gate was operated by the Reception Staff, which meant that each time you wanted to access your car you had to ask staff members to open the gate.👎

Good location in front of the bus stop and across from a carrefour. Decent selection of restaurants near by. Definitely appreciate the AC in the unit for the hot days. The beds were comfortable and plenty of clean towels and sheets.

Welcome bottles of water would be nice. I wish there is laundry facilities or service. It would be nice if there is more than one key available.

Very good location, close to the Gare Central, 10 min taxi. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Very large studio, with everything necessary, no disturbing sounds. I had to take the bus to Frankfurt at 4 a.m. the Station closes during the night, but the staff allowed to stay in the salon to wait until 3 a.m. offered a cup of tea. Wonderful people! Will come again for this accommodation!

The staff is very friendly in this hotel. They were happy that I spoke some French, but mainly discussed in English. The room/apartment is very spacious and new, the sheets were washed with non-fragrant detergent, which was a dream for me! Beds are comfortable, also the sofa bed for my teenagers. Kitchenette is equipped with all the needed dishware and utensils, there is also a washing machine. there is an effective air conditioning which can be controlled from the room -a dream as well! and still, the doors can be opened to a french balcony. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the Strasbourg old town, there is a small shop in the opposite side of the street and a mall nearby. Parking available at 10 eur a night. Great hotel, money's worth, excellent, attentive staff. Will definitely come back if ever visiting Strasbourg again.

The apartment is good in general.

It took a lot of time for us to find the entrance because it has no sign, door is always closed and you have to press a small button 5m away from the door to open it. We wish that we were guided before checkin in order not to go around to find the entrance. Receptionists are unable to communicate in English.

The room was absolutely beautiful, very recently renovated and very well cleaned. The little kitchen was convenient, too. The location is great, too. It's in a hip area, and within short walking distances there are tram stop, supermarket, bakery, wonderful cinema complex, big shopping mall, and many restaurants.

Arrival and parking were slightly tricky for us. From Rue Edmond Michelet, you turn into Rue Alice Guy (it's not really a street, it's more like a little loading/unloading space). Temporarily park in front of the hotel front door (VILLA MEDICIS sign in gold), ring the bell, and receive the parking remote from front desk. The parking entrance is right in front of hotel doors, and the parking is clean and seems very safe.
