I enjoyed my stay the OKKO Hotel. There was none of the smell people commented on, everything was clean and tidy. I especially appreciated the bed linen and the blanket - none of your synthetic sweaty stuff, only natural materials for a good night sleep. I can’t comment on the breakfast as I opted out of it, but the snack bar was great and the coffee was acceptable too. The neighbourhood of the hotel is quite modern and lively with some really good food and wine places around. All in all I would stay here again.

The way the lights work in the room is a bit weird - it’s either almost all of them or none, which is inconvenient when you’re going to bed.

The hotel is new and features an avant-garde design. The rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the overall style is modern and well thought out. Breakfast is standard but of good quality. Overall, it was a good experience and I would gladly return. Coffee machine in the room is big plus for me.

Although the hotel lists "parking on premises," it does not have its own private parking. You can use a nearby public parking facility, but it is not managed by the hotel, which was a bit misleading. The room has an interesting design, but the bathroom layout offers very limited privacy. From the photos, this is not obvious, but in reality, you can see into the bathroom from the room and vice versa, which can be uncomfortable. Also, I forgot to bring my slippers and asked at reception, but unfortunately, they didn’t have any available. For a 4-star hotel, I believe this is a basic amenity that should be provided.

Location: Right beside Tram station Winston Churchill, with good bakeries, cafes, and restaurants around. Easy to get to the city centre or tourist attractions with public transport. Room: rather spacious with clear zones of functions. Well decorated with a modern feeling. Including a small sitting area, a small walk-in wardrobe, a desk, a roomy toilet/shower and a great bed. Bed: very cosy, made with a special material, and very spacious. Water fountain on each floor with fresh water. Very eco-friendly without confusion and burden for the guests. Small gym with shower included. Helpful staff and good room service. Great place to stay.

Light switches are very confusing TV can be larger, and I did expect a smart TV at this price The chair in my room for the desk is broken lol, didn't really expect that The outer wall of the toilet is quite innovative. Would be great if there's a laundry room inside the hotel. Can be a bit pricy, especially in the tourist season like Christmas or summer holidays.

It was clean and the bed comfortable.

1. The bathroom with transparent glass walls offers no privacy. 2. The light switch in the bathroom wasn't working, 3.When you turned on the bathroom light at night, the whole room lit up, disturbing your partner. 4.The bathroom ventilation was not efficient, and the glass door leaves a 1 cm gap when closed. 5.The storage space for clothes consisted of 6 hangers hanging from a bar in the corner of the room. 6.Very discreet staff: a young man who appeared if necessary at a small office on the 1st floor, for check in or check out, and a young woman who watched over the breakfast. 7. Very large breakfast room, no privacy, with very small tables.

Very modern which is not usually what we aim for but it was very comfy and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Their lounge is a wonderful idea you can either enjoy complimentary coffee, juice and snacks or buy wines and beers. Happy hour includes an ‘aperitivo’ each night, a little taste of something different. Very nice atmosphere. The tram stop is just outside the hotel, very handy for getting to old town. Take tram ‘C’ in the direction of Gare Centrale and get out at Republique and enjoy the beautiful architecture of this lovely town.

I didn’t dislike anything.

The room itself is nice decoration and clean. Not so good ventilation so we felt so stuffy during our sleeps. We feel better after open the windows during the night. The parking building is not so far from the hotel and it’s about 5-6 mins walk. If you park the car at the cinema building, you can ask the staffs for a small receipt which you can get reduction for the parking fee.

The corridor smells really really bad. I think they should fix the issue because it’s smell very bad during our 2 nights stays. Luckily, no smell in the room. The bathroom is quite funny. You can see through everything so make sure you are closed enough to the person who will share the room with you.

The hotel was beautifully designed with a modern, cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the complimentary lounge with drinks and snacks was a great bonus. The location was ideal—walking distance to the city center and public transport. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Loved the breakfast selection each morning!

Nothing major—everything met or exceeded expectations.

The room was super quiet, couldn't hear any noise from outside or other guests. The location was fantastic, a tram and bus stop literally outside the hotel that takes you into the city center and train station. There is a Carrefour shop opposite the hotel and a pharmacy nearby too as well as a couple of bars/restaurants. You have access to the club room 24/7 for hot drinks, juices and snacks which is a great perk. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with plenty of sockets.

The only negative was not having a fridge in the room but this was balanced by having access to cold filtered water in the corridor so you could get fresh water any time.

Good breakfast selection (hot food - bacon, eggs, pancakes; cold food - pastries, breads, yoghurts, nuts, hams, cheeses, fruit and some gluten free selection). Nice availability of hot drinks & juices at 'The Club' as well as Aperitivo in the afternoon. Walk into the centre was very easy (around 15 minutes) Staff went the extra mile to make our room special for our Anniversary, decorating with balloons, a handwritten note and some nice treats. All in all a great trip.

Included a club where you could sit and have a drink (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juice) and small snacks (cake, biscuits, fruit) plus aperitifs served every evening from 6:30pm. Pool table, games etc meant that you weren’t left sitting in a small bedroom if you had down time. Tram stop immediately outside the door, so public transport am absolutely breeze.

Bathroom with see through slats a bit confronting if you are a private person and/or not travelling with a partner.
