I had a very pleasant, comfortable stay. The staff were generally friendly and approachable. I slept well during my stay, even though the bed was much softer than I'm used to. The breakfast options were reasonably varied. My room even had a trouser press. The location by the Orangerie Park is very pleasant.

The wifi was not reliable at all - in the end I just had to use my telephone to create a hotspot so I could work on my computer. A sponge and some washing up liquid would be a good addition to the kitchenette - turning on the dishwasher for a single cup and saucer is very wasteful

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, ovelooking Parc de l'Orangerie. The staff was quite friendly, decent breakfast (but no vegetables or fruit), big room with a little kitchen (some tea bags but no coffee), nice balcony although the door to the balcony was quite a challenge to open.

This is not a bad hotel but definitely not a four-star one. The rooms are large but a bit shabby (furniture, carpet, kitchen facilities) and in need of modernisation. The wifi is also weak.

I really like the location, next to the Orangerie park. The staff were all very obliging and helpful - one member of staff even lent me his umbrella when I get to go out in the pouring rain. The apartment was comfortable and spacious

The sliding window onto the balcony is a little tricky to open and close. There's nothing provided to wash any dishes or cutlery used. The internet is rather unreliable - it's fast enough when it works, but it cuts out randomly.

As a family of 3, we were given a very spacious, comfortable suite with a kitchenette. It was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is about 10 minutes by car from the historical center and located in a very residential area so there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. Also, they don't serve food apart from breakfast (for additional cost) so it is best to be prepared for that.

Room was large with a dining table and although breakfast was rather basic, it was affordable and could be brought up to our room to eat. Staff was also very helpful. Location was a bit far out of the center but we did not mind much (uber). BUT as a bonus the park nearby is very lovely and was full of storks that had made nests all around, lovely to see.

Location a bit out of the center. Breakfast was also brought to us all three mornings about 30 min earlier than we asked, so I'd advise marking a later time :)

I like location and space of the room .

I called before I was told there was a/c but our room was not cool it felt like a fan trying to blow air just in living room area bed room was much warmer . Also, said free parking which I thought they had a garage or parking lot but it had neither had to find parking at 11 pm area we are not familiar with so didn’t like that . Price for hotel was a little expensive and didn’t include breakfast which other hotels did .

I really loved that it was in a very nice location, it was around 15 minutes from the city center with the bus. And behind us was the park. I would like to try the breakfast the next time. Also we had daily keeping, towels etc

I would like the room to be more warm, because the fun coils had only cold air. But we had the mini radiator and we were completely fine

Easy check in, spacious room with nice balcony, it was all very clean and great to have a small kitchen

There is a kitchen, but it's a bit difficult to cook since there is no chopping board, no knife that can actually cut or no spatula to stir the pan. There's also no soap to do dishes so if you want to stay for only one or two nights you wouldn't want to buy all these appliances yourself. Other than that this little apartment is a great and comfortable option in a nice neighborhood! The pictures on booking show a big rooftop balcony but we got a 3rd floor normal balcony, no problem for us, but just good to know for other guests to have the right expectations.

Electrics were a bit iffy and plugs could be smarter placed Apart from that, all was good 🙂

Comfortable and spacious, well equipped kitchenette, nice desk, two TVs. Tasty breakfast with cacao and coffee from the machine included. Nice balcony. Close to a lovely park - short walk through the park to the tram!

The sofa bed mattress was hard and there were hard bars sticking out.
