The room is comfortable. It has a sink, a TV, a table and a chair. There are a total of 4 phone charging stations on either side of the bed. The room is entered with a 6-digit code. The shared bathroom and toilet are very clean and comfortable. They close accordingly with a door and it is not just a curtain like in most places. This is probably the best shared bathroom I've ever been in. The D tram stop is close to the hotel. With it, you can quickly and easily reach the center of Strasbourg, as well as the two train stations - Kehl and Strasbourg. There is a microwave in the lobby which I was allowed to use.

My room was on the first floor and due to the lack of bars it is not wise to leave the window wide open.

Everything was clean and it was very cheap with a private room and a comfy double bed. Down to the basics. Very nice.

The breakfast was awful. Only cheap baguette, sweet white bread and marmelade. No vegetables, no fruits, no cheese, no cereals, nothing non-sweet.

Mina is a great person! She tried her best to understand my friend, who doesn’t speak French or German. Gladly, I’ve managed to notice the struggle. she brilliantly adapted to a situation and managed to make everyone feel good and comfy.

No towels. however you can go 12 minutes to Kehl and buy them for 2 € in Kik. Beds are hard, but who knows maybe it’s better for back. Pillows is a certain drawback they are not fluffy enough.

I liked the receptionists most of all Aziz and Samina were just fantastic, so no ce, helpful and supportive.

the only thing needs improvement is the lack of soap iñ rooms, and toilets and bathrooms are often occupied so had to wait

Considering the low price, this is quite a good place to stay if you just want to sleep somewhere for a night. The place was modern and clean. Free parking. We were happy.

If you travel by car and don't want to spend much, this hotel is yours. It's cheap, it has a free parking and it's very well connected with city center by tram. You leave the car, take a tram and go directly to the Cathedral.

Some personal in reception doesn't speak even basic English.

Small clean room, everything was clean and a good quality, the heat worked well. Its close to the city center (15-20 minutes in tramway), so comfortable!

It would be better to have some soap and stuff in the bathroom, but anyways it’s good.

Very nice staff extremely pleasa5and helpful. Not too close to the city centre but easily reachable bu tram. We will definitely choose it again if back in Strasbourg.

The room are small but overall comfortable

The place was clear and tidy.

the receptionist was unkind and uninterested in general. She spoke to us in an impolite tone and upon leaving she simply let us leave without greeting us. I think that for a profession in which kindness is the key word, such unkind people should not occupy a place. However, we pay to stay at the hotel.
