The Ibis Styles in Strasbourg is in a good location, just across the Rhine river in the eastern suburbs, and a 2 minute walk from the green tram D stop to get into the city. There is a great underground secure carpark - there is a charge, but for us it was certainly worth it - and it was easy to get to from the main road into Strasbourg from the east. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, with a good variety of foods, and the restaurant serves simple, but tasty evening meals. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We loved the walk in shower, and the bathroom and bedroom were both spacious. Ideal hotel for a short city break

Very friendly staff and well-equipped hotel with a fresh, modern renovation. The breakfast was pleasant and matched the hotel’s standard. The location is convenient, with nearby tram stops allowing quick access to both the city center and the train station. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable.

A few things could be improved. There is no wardrobe or storage space at all, which can be frustrating, especially for guests staying more than one night. Also, there was no table or desk to work at, which would be useful even for quick laptop use. And in the bathroom, it’s a pity that there was no towel dryer or heater. For me these are something that’s usually standard in the hotels. When you stay for three days, the absence of these basic conveniences starts to feel a bit inconvenient.

This hotel is our standard stop-over point in Strasbourg when driving between the UK and Italy. We like it because it's clean, comfortable, easy-going, affordable and well-located. The breakfast is good, and included. The parking, while an additional cost, is covered and secure. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The showers work well.

The single lift is a little slow for a hotel of this size. The rooms are basic in a budget hotel way, and lack some obvious stuff like tea-making facilities and a safe (which I personally don't mind), and simple things like dustbins. Like a lot of French budget hotels there is an overuse of bright colours like blue and green. I personally find the pillows irritate my nose, so I often bring my own.

Ibis hotels have a high level of services as usual. It was clean, staff was nice and helpful. Location was very close to D tram, and I would say around 50 meters. So you can get to any point of city quite fast. In general I would say that stay in this hotel gives a good value for the price.

My window was open during the night and aimed to some road. The traffic woke me up several times.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to reach city center by tram. Nice residential area. Premises are very clean, breakfast is fine.

Staff is absolutely disconnected from any reasonable service. How would you rate reception staff who don’t inform you three days that your deyayed lagguage is arrived ti the hotel. At the end, airport inform us, not any hotel employee. At the check out we were asked to pay some bills from the bar we never made. And, at the final after ten days when we arrived to collect our suitcase and drpart, receptionist wellcomed us and wizhed us nice stay!

Although a little off from the city center, the hotel is right next a tram station, with a direct line both to the city center and to the train station, which makes it really easy to move anywhere you need to. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are small but very cosy and the bathroom is modern and nice. It is everything you need for a nice stay in Strasbourg for a small price.

There are no warm options on the small breakfast buffet, but everything available was very tasty and fresh.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Without requesting, they organised an early check in for us when we arrived. The room was exactly what we wanted, an excellent bed, well insulated and nice and clean. We were very pleased with the location, great proximity to the tram and a quick ride in to the center. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, but not in center of Strasbourg. Convenient access to tram that connects to train station and city center. Great breakfast. Staff person worked very hard to get us a taxi early on christmas morning

Everything was good for me, and the young lady with red curly hair-(i don't know her name)-at the reception was really-really kind with me. I cant speak in franch but she talked with me in english in Strasbourg.Thank you very much!! 😊 The breakfast was plentiful for this price.

The place from the hotel was good, it wasn't in the center but there is tram and for 10 minutes you are in the center. For the room i can say that it was not that big, but for overnight is was good. And the breakfast was 4 out od 5. I would recommend to everyone 👌🏼
