The hotel is located in a pretty part of town close to the University. The tram stop is about 50M from the front of the hotel. It is an easy walk to the touristy part of the city. The hotel staff (I interacted with one man and one woman) was wonderful. So polite, professional and helpful. The hotel is in good repair and clean. The beds were good/comfortable (mine and I questioned my friends about their room). We all had hot water and good water pressure for showering. The hotel held our luggage after our stay until leaving in the early evening - that was appreciated. I would definitely stay here again. I don't know how difficult it is to find parking as I came by train.

The location is major win for me. It is located right in front of the tram stop. Easy to go from Central Station or the Old Town or European Parliament to the hotel. The hotel is pristine clean. Don't be tricked by the old appearance outside. We can see the owners do their effort to rejuvenate the room inside.

Yes, the hotel looks somewhat old outside. There were paintings inside the room which I like, because it helps a bit alleviate the room from looking too old. Bathroom is super clean, but yeah it' a tiny bit old especially in the shower.

The location was great. Out of city center, but just in front of tram stop. Very easy to get all the places by tram - just buy tram tickets) Hotel was simple, clean. Staff was great, friendly and ready to help. Overall - highly recommend. Will stay here when again in Strasbourg.

Almost nothing. The hotel is simple one, so don't expect anything extraordinar here. Maybe the breakfast could be a bit richer for 11 euros. But not a big issue. ))

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, right by the university area and the Observatoire. Tram stop was right beside it too. Parking was limited but we were able to get a spot which made it very handy.

Elevator required some work as it had double doors and the ground floor door was sticking a bit.

The property is within easy reach of Gare de Strasbourg by utilising its excellent tram system. The building looks good from the outside and although the room was slightly dated, it was well looked After. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The noise from the tram system can be heard up until midnight.

It was close to the university, which was perfect for my visit. It's about a half hour walk to the city center though. It was clean. I slept well.

The noise isolation could have been better. I could hear (quite loudly) when other guests were using the water in the evening. But during the night it was calm, so I could sleep well.

Great location for getting the tram into town! Also walking distance into town and the river. Large room. Excellent shutters in the room kept it nice and dark. It's a cheap option to enjoy the city.

Hotel is at a busy junction in the University district of Strasbourg, with trams running past the hotel frequently, starting early in the morning. This can be heard/felt in the front rooms, so bring good ear plugs or request a room at the back of the hotel.

Staff was very nice ,very polite and always smile on face..7/24 somebody always at reception.We 2 times asked to change our towel which changed immediately.It is good value for money.Check in and check out were smooth.

Pillows are a little bit uncomfortable but if you are tired a little bit then you would not mind it. Walls were thin so we could hear other guests when they speak or laught out loud.However,no noise disturbed us.After 10 p.m no voice we heard.

For two stars hotel it has everything you need to. Hair dryer, shampoo, good wifi connection, tee pot in room with tea and coffee. Very good location next to tram station. Also it’s possible get to the city center by walking only for 10-15 min.

I don’t like that some workers in reception don’t speak English at all and any other language except French. It is makes everything more complicated when you want to check in. Also my room hasn’t air conditional system. In summer very hot and with all time open window is super loud because of the outside noises. You could have bad night because of it.

Warm hotel, close to the tram stop and supermarket. The room did not face the boulevard and was really quiet. The breakfast was good. Especially the apples :) Comfortable and large bed. There is a kettle for hot water and cups for tea and coffee.

Тhe cups were dirty, someone else from the previous guests had used them and no one had washed them. The waitress threw away a pack of pills without checking that it wasn't empty.
