Every thing was perfect. The hotel, location, decoration, room size, equipments for guests, staff and etc. This hotel’s standard is much better than some chain hotels. I highly recommend Hotel Beaucour.

Quirky and unique hotel with character.

We have stayed here before and our room this time was not as modern as previous one. Marble sink was cracked and bath looked tired.

We loved everything about this hotel from the moment we arrived. We were greeted and welcomed by lovely staff who were very helpful. Our luggage was taken to our room. Our room was very large, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The decor was lovely and traditional to the area. So many amenities provided in the room to make our stay more comfortable. The location was fantastic and transport was easily accessible. It is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location.

There is nothing we didn't like.

Perfect location close to the Cathedral , River Boat Rides, shopping, and lots of restaurants. The historic building has been renovated with lots of charm. Each room is unique. The hotel is meticulously clean; the housekeeping staff and reception staff are so kind and welcoming. Ideal for families.

Quick check-in and check-out by friendly, helpful staff. Spacious rooms, with nice, soft beds and double sink.We loved the small present! Nice location, just out of the inner city. Parking just opposite the hotel (electric chargers on ground floor: we missed them on our first pass). Good breakfast. Be careful: eggs need to be boiled by yourself!

Isolation was a problem; it did not take away from the comfort of the room but windows did not seem to close well. Sound and wind travelled.

Excellent location, staff was very friendly and always hlped with our questions. The location was probably the best, close to the cathedral and nice restaurants. The room and the bathroom were huge and we appreciated the coffee and tea served in the room as well as the fact that there was always someone at the reception. The bed was extremely comfy.

It was a bit cold at the beginning as we did not know how to use the electric heating but the staff fixed it.

We loved everything. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. The entrance to the hotel with the courtyard and Christmas decorations was beautiful, The room was very clean and as in the pictures. The bed very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel

Young Man at Reception was very helpful and friendly . Excellent secure indoor bike storage in Salon Room . Immediately along River , many shops and restaurants . Room #312 was spacious, clean and bright . Great large and very clean bathroom with large jacuzzi tub . Excellent elevator to upper floors Comfortable lounge in lobby Breakfast was good at reasonable price point for the city .

Internet was a bit finicky- disconnecting often but reconnecting with little difficulty.

Location to tourist spots, hotel is just across a bridge, friendly staff who spoke English. Supermarket, bakeries, cafes and restaurants opposite the hotel. My room was spacious and everything was clean. Lots of powerpoints too.

I would have liked milk supplied in my room for cups of tea. It was no problem when I asked for some.
