The staff is exceptionally friendly. The hotel has a superb location, is tastefully renovated without losing its historic charm, the breakfast was delightful, parking directly at the hotel is possible if you request this in advance & our stay was tremendously enjoyable.

I wouldn’t change anything.

Bed comfortable. Bathroom well equipped with a good hot powerful shower. Breakfast good. Quiet, comfortable rooms despite being on Strasbourg’s main boulevard.

This is an up market signature brand city centre hotel. As such you expect things to be near perfect. The Maisonette Rouge is good, but not to the same standard as other Autograph hotels. For example the A/C was at a fixed temperature and could not be changed. There was always a queue for the lift in the lobby. The Concierge was missing most of the time. Nothing major but not what you expect for the price.

Beautiful hotel and room, furnished at high standard and all looks updated and fresh, superb location, nice and helpful staff. Quiet, we did not hear any street noise.

Shower water pressure is not high enough, in my opinion. One needs to wait a few minutes for hot water. The bathtub is slippery (after asking at reception, we received a non-slip shower mat). The "privilege room" is NOT as published on booking.com website: a photo in the website shows a larger room with a seating area including a little table, however the room we received had NO such seating area. Asking at the reception, we were told that indeed they should correct and remove this photo since only one corner room does have a seating area, and the rest do not. We were somewhat disappointed as we expected to get a larger, more spacious room. Promised little gift at Gallery Lafayette was not available as stock was finished...

Location was great, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We were on the first floor and our bathroom had a horrible drainage smell for the whole time we were there. The staff were very helpful and tried to fix, but unfortunately were unable to. The spa was completely empty, but there was a charge for hotel guests to use its facilities. For the price of the rooms, it would be good if this was complementary, or very nominal charge to secure a booking I.e. 5 euros.

This place has fully met our expectations. The stuff was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The hotel room was clean and beautiful. The restaurant is a pearl of this place. We had an amazing dinner there. Staying in Maison Rouge was the best decision we made on my wife's birthday. Hope we'll come back one day.

Having Youtube or access to smart functions on the TV would be great.

Great central location and very well decorated, comfortable rooms. The staff were excellent; we checked out to find that the roadworks in Strasbourg had given us a flat tyre, and Julien, the concierge, was able to help us find someone to repair it on a Sunday afternoon, which saved our vacation. Thank you!

The water pressure in the shower was poor.

Definitely the location, but also the ambiance and the rooms. The front desk and concierge service were exceptional! , truly kind responsive and efficient team. Fantastic service at the breakfast area.

The fact of having to pay extra for using a jacuzzi or Sauna. It's not a nice idea to do it that way, it would be better to balance it in the overall price and make the guest to feel kindly treated that over charged for a service that most of hotels offer for free.

Hotel was very clean - super friendly stuff and rooms nice and clean.

However not very soundproof could hear the neighbour on the phone and also the shower was very disapointing. Not much water came out and was hard to get shampoo out of my hair. Mentioned this to the reception but nothing was done - next morning same issue. Very disapoinint espcially for a 5 star hotel!

The location, helpful staff, cleanliness of the rooms, facilities such as the spa and gym.

Check in process, i received my room 613 after 4:00, but in spite of that the receptionist apologized and told be it’s because of the high demand at the holidays period. The other issue is the long wait for the elevator as its only one that serves the whole hotel.

The rooms and bathroom was incredibly comfortable, and the bed was amazing. The spa is excellent and it was mostly empty when I was there. The gym was also really nice. Breakfast is nice with a good selection. Location is great for the center.

I liked everything but wish spa access was included for guests. (Paid 25 EUR)
