Location is perfect, minutes away from city center, minutes away from tram station to any direction. Access is easy, 15 minutes walk from main railway station. Personel OK. Breakfast is OK, yet not variated, same thing every day, but OK for a short stay.

It's quite strange (even if seems to be as standard of the area) to have the toilet in a separate room without a sink to be able to wash your hands... You are forced to go to the toilet in one room, that exit that room and go into another to wash your hands...

So we started with a very nice girl at the reception, followed with a nice room, interaacted with friendly staff during our stay, learned some French. Even the cleaning lady was helpful without speaking any English she made sure we got our question answered. Hotel is near to everything, cosy, basically you have everything you need at the tip of your fingers or feet, you dont need trams actually, or taxi but take a boat ride. Some street noise you can hear (trams) when looking towards the street. I find it "white noise" and I like it, some more sensitive people may want to ask other side room when booking. In the toilet, a towel might be useful since there is a washbin there so you dont go with wet hands dripping. And some in advance instructions how to handle garbage would be useful (thats where nice cleaning lady helped us) because in EU every country has its own requirements. All in all, veeery nice city, very nice hotel, veery nice staff. And we ended with the same nice girl at the reception saying Au revoir. Would I return...really yes.

I liked that this property was close to the Huge Christmas Market. I didn’t like that there were no cabs allowed for drop off but found out it was for safety measures during the market. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Freshly cooked pastry and breads provided in lobby was a bonus too. The room was a great size too.

The loud buzzing outside room 305. The plastic disposable mattress covers are crunchy sounding and ours was ripped at edge of headboard. The sensor lights in hallway at elevator leaves you in the dark sometimes. I think perhaps the sensor needs to be adjusted? The bottom of shower near the drain is uneven and not safe especially when rinsing soap or shampoo off. Perhaps it’s an American being too fussy but these are things my husband and I noticed and we travel a lot. 😊

This hotel is perfect to discover Strasbourg and the Christmas Markets. It's a 2mins walk to Place Kléber where the big Christmas Tree is located, a 5mins walt to Notre Dame Cathedral and in 15mins you reach all the major attractions. Well served by trams to reach the train station that is however 15mins walking distance from here. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Best scrambled eggs I had during this trip around the Christmas Market and the staff is really nice. The room is spacious but I would put some furniture in a different way to give more access to all the things. I loved the coffee station available 24/7 on the 1st floor. I recommend it and I'll gladly be back in the future.

I just suggest to put some instant coffee bags in the rooms or some grounded coffee to use in the coffee machine that is located on the kitchen counter top. Room was a bit dark (normal because we were on the 3rd floor of an historic place) but with some more clear lightbulbs lamps it could be easily fixed. Also, this maybe a useless comment for who is used to this, but we didn't love the fact to have the toilette separated from the bathroom, and in a different room.

Our room was spacious, well-equipped, clean and quiet, everything we could have hoped for. Its location was convenient to access the cathedral and other sites as well as shopping. But what made Aparthotel Adagio Strasbourg stand out for us was the staff. Each person was friendly, efficient and helpful. In particular, first my wife and then I fell ill during our stay; the staff were supportive and Jean helped us to contact a doctor.

I have been staying in this hotel a few times for my business trips and I am not planning to change it for my future stays as well. What I mostly like about this hotel is its location. It is perfectly situated in the city center, within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and bars, as well as historic area. The tram station is just in front of the hotel, while the bus station is 5 min away by foot. The room was also quite nice and spacious. I very much like that there is an iron and ironing board provided in the room. They also provided me with a heater, since it was getting cold in the night. The breakfast was also nice, there is not a huge variety of food, but it is enough. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Strasbourg, for a short or longer stay.

Good central location ,close to the team line. The apartment rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and filling.

The entrance foyer and reception need a refresh. When you first arrive you feel that you may have booked yourself into a budget hostel. The reception staff would benefit from some type of uniform rather than t-shirt and jeans. Once you go up to your room or breakfast floors the decor is modern and well maintained.

It located in the old town next to a Tram station, the room is extremely big with a sweet kitchen. Separated bathroom and toilet is very smart plus extra door between the stoop and the room itself reduced a lot of noise.

The door frame, mirror, hair dryer, trash can are quite old, the towel hanger in the shower was even almost falling out of the wall. And the cleaning lady didn’t clean our room at all (we stayed for 3 nights)

The location is great, you are close to trams and other transportation and right where the central area starts. And the views from above are amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I had a room facing the street, which meant I could hear the trams passing by, and there is quite a few of them passing by. But with the windows closed the noise gets muffled, and I used ear-plugs for sleeping as well, so overall I could get my rest. If there is choice I would go for rooms not facing the street.

A great location if you are traveling by train with bikes as it’s easy to get to from the station, not by car as it’s a tram line street and you cannot even park to unload. We were upgraded to an apartment with kitchen which was very spacious. Small bedroom, huge comfortable bed, extremely quiet. Plenty of towels, soap and shampoo provided. We are staying for one night again in late August. No complaints.

All good
