Location was good to walk to everywhere, Hotel was inside the shopping mall this brings many advantages, Dilan from the front desk was so helpful, she welcomed us great and gave us all the important information. There was a drinking water fountain at the lobby that was so useful. Hotel/Shopping Mall car park takes 20 euros per day.

Hotel room was so small and not comfortable, there is a construction on the right side of the hotel so finding the car park entry was not easy. Especially at night time the surrounding was so quiet and you can see homeless people at the hotel door if you go out for smoking. Breakfast is served for both Ibis and Novotel at the same saloon and it was so crowded in the morning.(we only take breakfast 1 day- the rest we found bakeries which is much cheaper)

Location was very convenient, walking distance to the main area of the city, and right next to a mall if you like shopping; there is also parking right below the hotel - even though it's 'public parking', it seems secure and you get 10% off parking cost!

The bathroom shower area was very tiny and my friend who is tall (1,9m) was very uncomfortable esp. height-wise. They also didn't provide hand towel which we found strange. The public parking doesn't belong to them of course, but it smelt bad...

Central location, above a parking garage, easy access to public transportation. Short walk to the center and sights. Room with a view of the cathedral. Good A/C kept us cool on a very warm summer evening. Decent array of breakfast options (albeit machine coffee). Let's face it - you're not staying here for luxury; it's a cheap, cheerful option for a couple of nights. It's clean, things generally work, the staff is friendly and helpful - it does what it says on the tin. That's all we needed, and it delivered.

The ceiling in the shower cabin was oddly low and unsuitable for anyone taller than 180-185 cm. The parking garage is poorly laid out and a bit grotty, but that's not the hotel's doing...

The hotel was 2/3 minutes walk from the main shopping area of Strasbourg and very close to Petite France also. You step out of the hotel right into the bustle of the city. Perfect location. The room doesn't lend itself to relaxation/lounging which was fine (and expected) as we knew we'd be out discovering Strasbourg for our 3 day stay. Perfect for our touristy purposes :) Check in and check out was so easy and both receptionists were lovely.

Bathroom was small and ventilation poor. I'm 5'8" and if I raised my arm in the shower I also raised a ceiling tile!

Excellent location.10min walk from the main train station , 5 min walk to the city center!!! Friendly and helpfull staff!!!Value for money!!!

The breakfast is very simple for a hotel with this status!! ALso outside of the hotel there is an ashtray for the smokers. The space is always dirty and full of cigarretes,THey could make a clean and cared corner/space for the smokers!!!Also the wifi is not working well!!!

The property is ideally located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all that Strasbourg has to offer. It provides everything you need for a comfortable short stay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is quite reasonable, featuring a well-rounded selection of items to start your day on a positive note.

The rooms can sometimes feel a bit small and cramped. Additionally, the view from our room overlooked a neighboring building, which was less than ideal.

The location was great..lots of shops around ..primark opposite..a mcdonalds 30 second walk away and the attractions like the cathedral were a 15 min walk...great for the christmas markets..10 min walk from the train station.receptionists super polite and very helpful and breakfast was great!

Room was very small but super clean and perfect for a short stay ..a bit expensive but i guess thats because of christmas time .

Stayed there only for one night but it was a pleasant experience! Located near to the train station and city center (~10m by walk). A pleasant view from a window. There is a late check-in. Everyone was very welcoming. Not much space to place staff, but it wasn’t a problem for us. You can leave your baggages in the hotel which was very convenient for us.

The teakettle and some plates will be appreciated

We love the location as it is in the heart off all the wonderful things to see and do in Strasbourg. We also love the friendly staff. One of them fixed me up after a nasty fall on my bike. The breakfast is stellar and served in a comfortable and relaxing setting.

I would have preferred to have two pillows each and it would alsoo be nice to have glasses to drink from in our room rather than paper cups.

Staff was so accommodating and were able to check us in super early. The location was good- not too far from the center of the city and not too bad of a walk to the train station. The room was clean, comfortable, and a great value for the price.

We had some problems with our hotel key working but a quick visit to the front desk fixed that right away! The room was small but that was expected given the price and hotel.
