I have never in my life seen a cleaner hotel! Everything that I saw was literally spotless and really well taken care of. Also, they had really focused on detail and comfort of visitors. Lighting was excellent in the room for example and all kinds of plugs were available from normal plug to USB charger to USB C charger. Also, the hotel is on a quiet street but very close to good transport connections and just a short walk away from the "old town". Reception staff was very courteous, friendly and polite all the time. It was really a faultless stay! One of the hotels I would be happy to return to in Strasbourg.

Everything was excellent. I gave "only" 9 points because I reserve 10 points for a hotel (still to be discovered) where the toilet paper holder is somewhere conveniently located and not requiring contortion to try and get the paper from somewhere behind your back. But I do recommend this place highly.

This hotel is top! It has been recently renovated and everything feels new and clean. It is a well-designed hotel, tastefully decorated without being overly fancy. The rooms are large, well-appointed but without unnecessary extras. There is a fridge and kettle which was a bonus. The bed and bedding is top, the airconditioning was very welcome and the internet worked perfectly. I had asked for a quiet room as I also had to work a bit during my stay. The staff gave me a room at the end of the corridor behind an extra door leading to two rooms only. So it was perfectly quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed chatting. This hotel is top! Thanks!

Everything was perfect!

The Hotel Augustin is great! I loved everything: location 300 m from the main train station on vety quet street. 10 min walk to the Petit France and other main attractions in town. I was provided with the best available corner room with three windows immediatedly upon arrival, which was 2 hours before official checking in time. Room was clean, bed wide and comfortable, even with a choice of blankets (lighter blanket was available), bedding and towels 100% cotton, new and white. I will definitely come back here and would recommend to my friends and colleagues to use this newly renovated hotel.

We really found this a very pleasant hotel where a guiding hand had thought hard about what tired travellers want and made sure that it is provided. The shower for our room was as good as I've ever encountered. The electrical fittings - switches, charging sockets - bedside lights - were exactly in line with what I like. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, helpful and well informed. Extremely good breakfast. I dn't usually rave about hotels but I might even go to Strasbourg again to experience the "Hotel Adorable"

I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

This hotel was perfect for me! I wanted to see the city and arrived by train. The hotel is a few minutes away and an easy walk. The staff was great and checked me in early (noon) with no issues. I was on the front corner (second floor) and it was perfect. The hotel is modern and well appointed. Large elevator. Room was great with a comfortable bed, large bathroom with easy shower acccess, and a desk. I did not do breakfast as there are some amazing boulangeries and patisseries on that block. The location was ideal as well. Strasbourg isn't a large town, but it was nice to walk around and see the sights and then get back to the quiet neighborhood. I got up every morning, went around the corner to a great boulangerie for coffee & croissant to go, then walked a block, and sat by the gently flowing river. There are endless options nearby for eating as well.

Absolutely everything! Every member of staff was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the Christmas markets and very close to the train station . The hotel was immaculate. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable with a safe for our valuables. The breakfast buffet was out of this world, the selection of food was unbelievable. We really had a fantastic stay and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

I had a great stay at Hotel Saint Augustin. It was very convenient to walk here from the train station and also very easy to walk into the city center. The room was very comfortable - I was there on a couple of very hot days and the AC worked well. The staff was very nice and provided some good recommendations for restaurants. I would stay here again if I visit Strasbourg again.

There could have been a bit more storage space in both the room and bathroom, but it was not a deal breaker.

This is a really lovely hotel close to the train station and also in a walkable distance from the historic city centre. Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the lobby has a very elegant design (there even was a chessboard and a piano there, mostly for decorative purposes probably). Our room was clean and spacious enough to feel comfortable. While the bathroom was small, it had everything one needs to enjoy a relaxing shower after a long day of sight-seeing in the beautiful town of Strasbourg! We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but the breakfast area looked nice and if we had stayed longer, we'd surely have tried it :)

Just a minor thing: In the hotel description it says that there's free wifi, but we didn't have wifi in our room. We surely could've asked, but we didn't need it since we only stayed for 1 night.

The frontage to the hotel was clean and modern, very easy to find and only 5 minutes walk from the main train station. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, even when we spoke little French, they did an excellent job of speaking English with us and encouraged us to try a little French. The location is great to explore the city and also to take the bus to the European Parliament (don’t forget your ID). The room was modern, clean, comfortable with air-con and heating options. There is an alarm on the room door, so there is no doubt that you have closed it properly. All in all, excellent stay.

Water in the mini fridge could have been included for arrival. Coffee is available in the reception area.

I needed a hotel close to the railway station which would be open after midnight, as I was coming late from the airport. This hotel offered exactly this, so I chose it. I was happy with the hotel. It is really close to the railway station but also close to the centre and very well connected by public transport. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable, have a fridge (appreciated in hot summer) and a safe. Wifi worked well. I did not have breakfast in the hotel but there are many coffee places around. The staff at the reception were also all very nice. All in all, a good choice for my short stay in Strasbourg.
