Near the train station; lots of shops and restaurants nearby; very clean and updated

The location of the accommodation, a few minutes' walk from the train station, is ideal and you are also immediately in the old town. As my originally booked single room was not ready, I was there two hours before the actual check-in time, I was given a larger double room. The hotel offers very good value for money and the rooms and bathroom are very clean and, to my taste, attractively designed.

The only criticism was that the curtains could not be closed completely at night, which meant that there was always light coming into the room. A simple clothespin or a better curtain construction would be helpful here.

The location is great. It was within walking distance of the city center and almost right next to the station and a tram stop. The staff were very friendly. Although the room was quite small, the lounge area on the ground floor, with drinks available, was a nice spot to work and make plans for the day. The shop next door sells snacks and water at a good price, and we had the takeaway butter chicken for an amazing late-night snack.

The room wasn’t spacious enough to have two suitcases open at the same time, and you could occasionally hear noise from the corridor.

Loved the decor- simple but pleasing. Very efficient staff. Really comfy bed. It has a feel of a modern hostel- Lively atmosphere even for the many older travellers who were evident, but quiet during the night. I liked the buzz about the place! It’s not luxurious comfort for a longer stay but as a stop over or a couple of nights, was brilliant. I would definitely come again. Less than 5 mins walk from station.

I had travelled a long way before arriving and a mug of tea would have been great - but not a deal breaker ! There were loads of cafes around and I could have bought a take away hot drink.

Extremely unfriendly receptionist!!! No Go!! Also provided just wrong information that the collaboration with the car park Wodli does not exist anymore. It does, s. above. One person can ruin the stay. Please act!

The lobby has an immediately welcoming feeling, with a mural on the wall, a resident rabbit, tables for gathering at, assorted teas with water kettle, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a French window overlooking the street. The buffet breakfast was well above the norm for small hotels, with a large selection of both warm and cold foods. And the location is excellent, only a block from the train station plaza on a pedestrian-only street, and near La Petite France and lots of sidewalk cafes. This hotel enhanced our stay in Strasbourg.

Clean, comfortable, cosy, two windows overseeing the streets is a really nice view, we got the room facing the main and bustling street. Towels provided are clean, no foul smells anywhere. The staff can keep our luggage after check out, 2 pieces for 5 euro, 3 for 8 euro, strapping the backpack on the luggage counts as 1 piece.

Facilities are aged, a segment of the shower tube cover fell off and it looked rusty.

Overall, I liked this property, it's good value for money. The room was clean, including sheets and towels. It looked exactly like in the pictures showed on booking.com, nothing more, nothing less. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the train station and old center city, so it's very convenient for a city break. I will definitely consider it for a new trip to Strasbourg.

The location was perfect, close to bus station and center. Hotel is open 24h so no problem to get key any time. The room was available before 15h and you could check in before. Breakfast was good and served till 10h.

The rooms are rather small but that can not be improved. Also, if you travel by car you can not get close since it is in walking area but that is information you get from hotel in advance.

The hotel is amazing! Very clean, polite and sweet staff, always smiling and helping with everything, location is perfect 3 minutes from the city center. The room was clean, nice, beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. Good and tasty breakfast. As a coffee lover I enjoyed Cappuccino with chocolate in a coffee machine while having a breakfast, it was really delicious. If you come by car, you will get a discount card for parking (the parking place is about 6 minutes on foot) Opposite the reception there is a waiting area with sockets, tables and free tea and coffee, as well as chocolates, which is a nice bonus. I really liked my stay here, and will definitely recommend it. 10 out of 10. Excellent!

Since we were three adults, I would have liked to have had a small bedside table with a lamp for a third person, so that I can read in the evening)
