The location is convenient in front of the railway station and at a walking distance from the city centre. Excellent breakfast. I found the interior design a bit strange but it is a matter of personal taste.

The bathroom of our room was conceived for people with mobility issues so there were no screens for the shower and the floor got all wet. We had not asked for such a special bathroom so I found it a bit inconvenient.

I went to visit Strasbourg with my mom, and the hotel was located next to the train station. The hotel is very clean, and the facilities were convenient to us. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Little France and surroundings and a 15 to 20 min walk towards the Cathedral.

The beds were comfortable but the the pillows did not suit me. One of the girl receptionist was not helpful to us as she wasn't very welcoming when we arrived, and I asked if she can call us if a room is available before the 3pm check-in since we arrived at noon, she said that it's not up to her to call us but for us to call and check if a room is available. Other than that, all other staff member were friendly and nice

Very functional, well laid out rooms and bathroom. Especially considering this is a renovation building. Nice large bed, full sized shower, good lighting, plenty of plugs and an easy to view TV. The staff was super nice and multi-lingual at the reception. The location near the main train station is very convenient.

If you have a lot of activities in the old town, it’s about a 15-20 minute walk. Not horrible, but something to consider. Breakfast had a nice selection of baked goods but the dining area was packed both mornings with long lines at the single coffee machine. We ended up sitting at the backgammon table in the lobby to eat.

Easy access from the central station and city center. Offered parking discount (€15/24 h). The building was renovated with modern decoration. Our room was spotless and spacious for two people. AC worked great. Pretty quiet even though it faces a main street. Linens were fresh and clean. Offered free hot drinks during our stay. Breakfast was good value with many selections. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

There was an only small issue with the bathroom. The bathtub has no partition/curtain between the tub and the sink. The shower was at a low position, which was fine for taking a bath but made it difficult to shower without splashing water.

The staff were very friendly and gave us access to our room when we arrived earlier than expected. The room was quietly situated at the back of the hotel and the bed was just right so we slept well. The included breakfast was of excellent quality and was plentiful and varied. Hygiene standards were high throughout.

We would have liked hooks for clothes and towels in the rather small bathroom. It was awkward having few dry spots on which to put stuff, especially as the type of shower meant the floor got pretty wet. Also, there was no luggage rack in the room on which you could put an open case, just a stool on which I had to precariously balance my cabin bag. The room was too small to just use the floor.

Excellent location right opposite the main train station and in a very safe area. Our room, albeit somewhat small, was immaculately clean. Loved the bathroom and the hot towel rail was really welcome! Staff at reception were incredibly helpful and special mention must be made of the hardworking staff in the breakfast room, as well as housekeeping staff. A big bonus was the complimentary 24-hour tea/coffee bar and pastries adding a homely atmosphere to the hotel.

This is the only place we stay when we come to Strasbourg. The staff always exceeds our expectations and this trip was no different. We were in a tight bind when our hotel in Hamburg canceled our reservation with less than 12 hours notice. The gentleman at the desk let me use the office phone for a solid 45 minutes to resolve our problem.

These guys could be the example of how to run a hotel for all other hotels. They score high in all metrics, but most of all the staff exemplifies the true spirit of hospitality.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated just across the train station and right in the heart of the town. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are simple but comfortable and very clean, just like the rest of the hotel. We particularly liked the bathroom with its large rain shower. Coffee and water are available throughout the day, and there’s a nice terrace where you can enjoy your coffee and snacks.

I recently stayed at Arok Hotel for two nights during my Christmas holiday in Strasbourg, and it was a delightful experience.
