The Hotel has a good location less than five minutes walk away from and opposite the railway station and within 15 minutes walking distance of the main sites in Strasbourg. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags at reception on the last day of our visit until after the check-out time, while we continued to explore Strasbourg. There was no external or internal noise with the windows closed. There is external street noise with the window open, but this is not excessive. We felt safe at all times.

As noted in the picture, the bathroom has a semi- transparent door to the toilet, which does not provide complete privacy, especially in the small room that we had. The lift is quite small. It can cope with one person and two bags, but my friend had to walk down the stairs. However, it was in working order.

Located across from the train station and walking distance to the Old Town. The check in gentleman was very good, but loved the lady and guy on the morning of our check out. Both engaging with the guests in any of the major languages. I booked a room for three, and got a very large, clean, and a good view. Wifi was really good including the elevator. I did not partake breakfast at the hotel, but go around the corner boulangerie / coffee spot, there is another boulangerie that is now my favorite and perfect spot to pick up baguette sandwiches for the train ride home. Overall, I would choose this place again.

We went to Strasbourg for the Christmas Markets and this hotel was just lovely. It was literally a 2 minute walk from the train station, a 10 minute walk to the markets, and yet it was very quiet. The room was very clean and quite large. And the bathroom had a large tub....a rare treat during our travels. Treats were left in the room for us, which was a nice surprise. Lastly, the breakfast was wonderful and only 11 euros. In comparison, we stayed in a different hotel the following night, right down the street, which was more expensive and had a breakfast for 20 euros. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Perfect location in front of the central station, so I didnt have to carry bags too far. Nice and friendly reception, very helpful. My room was clean, and so were bed sheets and towels Breakfast is simple for a reasonably low price. If you'd like to enjoy a more complete breakfast, there are plenty of options around within 5 min walk and at least 2 times the price.

I forgot my business suit (a jacket) in the closet from the room I stayed in. I contacted the hotel a day after. They said they have found my jacket and that they would keep my jacket so I could pick it up when I would be around (2 weeks later). When I arrived 2 weeks later, they said they couldn't help me and that they haven't found my jacket. The store does not match what they first said. They didn't even let me speak only said they couldn't help me and say I could send an e-mail.

The location is unbeatable! Incredible view of the train station and the lively square in front. It’s hard not to spend hours just watching the everyday hustle of this vibrant, charming area and the cinematic station, a landmark in itself. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Easily one of the best experiences of my summer trip. Honestly, I couldn’t understand how it was so affordable.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming! The hotel kindly stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out. This allowed our family to fully enjoy the beauty of the city.

Our room didn't have a table for dining, but a small wall-mounted one designed for work, which wasn't ideal for dining. The elevator, meant for up to three people, was small and slow.

It was much nicer and cleaner than I expected. I liked its location.

There is a weird smell as you enter the room and it definitely needs airing before any length of stay. The keys have to be handed in every time you go out which means waiting for quite a long time until the receptionist deigns to finish their phone call - your hurry is not their problem! :D So plan for extra time!

Friendly staff, no extra charge for pets (dogs), toiletries offered. I was positively surprised. The bathroom is small but very functional, it has everything one might need. Very close to the train station!

There are some steps to get from the sidewalk into the building, so it's also hard if you're carrying heavy luggage. But it's really just a few steps, so nothing major. The corridor and room doors are kind of heavy, it's hard to keep the heavy doors open while moving around with luggage (and a small dog!). Some other guests were loud at some point in the night, and the rooms are not really soundproof (so it seems), so I woke up when that happened. Also, the street is loud; however, the room is air-conditioned, so again not a major issue, in my view. Despite these minor problems, I would still recommend it!
