The hotel is in perfect location, just three minutes away from Little France. Although hallways are tight and long, which is typical for France, the room was perfectly comfy with an extra large bed. The heated bathroom was a great thing, too. Breakfast has a variety of choices, I liked freshly baked croissants and baguettes. Will stay again here..

I really enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, great value for money, we got to taste local delicious food and fruit. The staff was really nice and helpful in general (except for the guy who checked us in and who didn't speak English well), so this is a place I'd stay again for sure.

There wasn't a mini-fridge in the room, so I had to ask the staff to keep my husband's insulin bag in the fridge at the bar. The staff was really kind by helping me with that, so it was a minor problem, but it was the first time I stayed somewhere that didn't have a mini-fridge in the room.

The hotel seems very new and has a cool style! Room was a bit small, but completely fine for one person. Location is great - very close to the trainstation and not far from old town and restaurants aswell. The bed was very comfy!

One night I arrived quite late and the doors were closed, there were also two other hotel guests trying to get in, and noone answered the door or doorbell or phone calls, however it was stated that the hotel reception is open 24h. After a while we luckily managed to push the doors open by ourselves, but it wasn’t the best experience.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station. We were able to take our own drinks to the patio and enjoy the evening.

We did request a quiet room, but we had 3 rooms. The one my husband and I were assigned was very tiny, but one of our kids’ rooms was much larger, so we switched. Little did we know, the larger room was overlooking the Main Street, and we heard the trains zooming by all night. This was not the fault of the hotel, as they tried to give us the smaller, quieter room. I would request the quiet room and accept the smaller size if you want to book it. Other than that, it was comfortable and had a good bathroom.

Excellently located, an easy walk from the train station, and then an easy walk to the old town. Beautifully refurbished and clean rooms and an exceptionally good breakfast.

The pillows were a little too big and soft for me, I would prefer smaller and firmer pillows but that's totally down to personal preference.

It is really close to the city centre and rather easy to find the way going along the tram rails. The tram stop is just in front of the hotel if one wishes to take a tram. The room was spacious. The breakfast is not rich, but decent including ham, pies (the carrot one was delicious:), dairy products, jam, some fruit, juice and coffee. The staff are friendly and ready to help if the guests ask any questions.

Not all staff members speak/understand English well. It would be great if there were some hooks in the bathroom as well as a small fridge and some shelves in the room:) as there is no place to put one's belongings except for a few hangers. As there is a kettle and cups:), it is advisable to add some coffee EVERY DAY, not only on the day of arrival.

Spacious and quiet room, as we were not next to the main road. Quite comfy bed with a huge blanket. Usually we can't sleep in the double bed with just one blanket, but here it was big enough for both of us. The location is great. A short walking distance to both train station and the city center. People in other reviews have mentioned the sketchy area and at first I was a bit concerned, but there was nothing to worry about. Sure there are some men hanging out on the street, but the street was well lid and there were always other people too. These "sketchy looking locals" didn't make any contact at any point and we felt safe all the time. There are couple laundry spots nearby. We used the one 1 kilometer to south, as the one in the city center was badly reviewed.

Nitpicking, but our room bathroom's didn't have enough hooks for towels. Also the only trash bin was in the toilet. It would've been great to have another one in the room.

Location is near to old town, plenty of restaurants, bakeries, supermkts and shops. Staff is polite and professional. We booked a triple share room, and it turned out to be a duplex (2 rooms) which could sleep 4 persons. Given enough towels. Tea/coffee making facility with kettle. Comfortable beds.

The bathroom sink too small. The shower gel/shampoo in the shower turned out to be hand soap. I used my own shampoo and bath gel. The aircon wasn't cold in the upper room, fortunately there was a table fan provided and that helped to.circulate the air. The lower room air con wasnt not working. But becos the room windows faces the airwell, the room was colder than the upper room, there was no need for air con.

The beds are good and not that cramped. One big double bed and one single bed nailed it just requested. The staff are nice. They gave excellent info regarding parking. They also answered the message promptly. I wish to thank Kimberly, Florina, Rachel, and others, including resto staff who are friendly and made our stay comfortable. Definiteljy will go back if there is a chance.

The direction towards the parking lot is a challenge. I got lost due to google maps. And when I arrived at the parking door, nobody in the reception answered my call.

Lovely hotel with a fun ambience in a great area of the city, very pleasant experience! As a vegan I've had a very difficult time with breakfast in Strasbourg, but ClapClap actually had protein for us vegans too at least the two mornings I spent there: peanut butter for bread and baked beans on the side. It's also right next to a tram stop so with very easy access everywhere in the city.
