The hotel is in perfect location, just three minutes away from Little France. Although hallways are tight and long, which is typical for France, the room was perfectly comfy with an extra large bed. The heated bathroom was a great thing, too. Breakfast has a variety of choices, I liked freshly baked croissants and baguettes. Will stay again here..

Location is very good, trams infront of the front, plenty of restaurants around and easy walk to Petite France. We had a booking for three adults which was in two levels. It was during the heat wave in summer and the air conditioner did not reach down stairs bed room and the fan was not enough to provide comfortable level of temperature control. Taking the stairs to use the bathroom and to fiil water botes etc did not bother us, but will need to be clarified for anyone who has mobility issues when booking. Staff were friendly and helpful.

As written above, it was too hot. We could not adjust the air conditioner to make it more efficient.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, great value for money, we got to taste local delicious food and fruit. The staff was really nice and helpful in general (except for the guy who checked us in and who didn't speak English well), so this is a place I'd stay again for sure.

There wasn't a mini-fridge in the room, so I had to ask the staff to keep my husband's insulin bag in the fridge at the bar. The staff was really kind by helping me with that, so it was a minor problem, but it was the first time I stayed somewhere that didn't have a mini-fridge in the room.

Quirky unique hotel. Funky decor. Friendly welcoming staff. Room was clean, modern & comfortable. Shower was really good. Beds comfortable. Son slept really well in the single bed as did we in the large double. Air conditioning was a welcome relief as we stayed in hot weather. TV had chromecast option which was amazing with a child who needed an early night so we could watch Netflix. Breakfast good, plenty of choice, from bacon and eggs to fruit, yoghurt, pastries and the banana bread was delicious. Location also good 5-10 mins to Petite France and 20 mins to the cathedral, 7 mins to train station. We loved Strasbourg and our stay here in this hotel.

Location was good for short walk into town.

The car parking is insane (which they readily accept). Do not follow the instructions, you'll be driving round the block a hi dred times (we did it 4 times). When you get to clinic st barbe, don't go around the corner where every fibre of your motoring brain tells you. It looks like you'll hit a tram or pedestrians, but carry on straight after St Barber ONTO the pavement! Yes, straight on. Then drove along the pavement ignoring protesting pedestrians. Garage is on your right about 60m down. Don't worry, exit is much easier. Follow these instructions and you'll be fine, otherwise enjoy driving round and round in Strasbourg 😂

The hotel is situated just outside the city centre, which is perfect for walking around and exploring. We had to park our car in the hotel parking and that is an experience in itself. We did however get instructions through booking. The only issue is that the parking lot has parking spaces for a lot of private people and it is rather hard to find the correct ones belonging to the hotel. We were successful on the roof though and there are several allocated parking spots for ClapClap right next to each other. As for the room we were 4 people, two adults and two teenagers and it was adequate for our needs. Very clean, nice design. The sofa bed is a bit tight though and since this is France, each bed gets only one large blanket. The sofa bed had a smaller version of the double blanket and it was very "cuddly". Hotel in itself has a fun funky design and a small coffee area in the lobby, which is nice. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel seems very new and has a cool style! Room was a bit small, but completely fine for one person. Location is great - very close to the trainstation and not far from old town and restaurants aswell. The bed was very comfy!

One night I arrived quite late and the doors were closed, there were also two other hotel guests trying to get in, and noone answered the door or doorbell or phone calls, however it was stated that the hotel reception is open 24h. After a while we luckily managed to push the doors open by ourselves, but it wasn’t the best experience.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station. We were able to take our own drinks to the patio and enjoy the evening.

We did request a quiet room, but we had 3 rooms. The one my husband and I were assigned was very tiny, but one of our kids’ rooms was much larger, so we switched. Little did we know, the larger room was overlooking the Main Street, and we heard the trains zooming by all night. This was not the fault of the hotel, as they tried to give us the smaller, quieter room. I would request the quiet room and accept the smaller size if you want to book it. Other than that, it was comfortable and had a good bathroom.

We had to swap rooms as our original room was very hot. It was cooler in the hallway. The receptionist on the afternoon of the 17th Aug was the most helpful I have ever come across. Bravo! We were given a room in the hotel annex that was perfect as far air conditioning goes. Handy to train station and to town. Good Breakfast.

Initial room air conditioning problem. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain away. The drain problem wasn’t fixed over our 5 night stay and was brought to the attention twice

Excellently located, an easy walk from the train station, and then an easy walk to the old town. Beautifully refurbished and clean rooms and an exceptionally good breakfast.

The pillows were a little too big and soft for me, I would prefer smaller and firmer pillows but that's totally down to personal preference.
