A fantastic hotel in a convenient location. The attention to detail was superb. You could tell a great deal of effort and thought went into the decor and facilities of the hotel - from the guest book to the number and location of power outlets. I especially enjoyed the art work in the room and throughout the hotel. While I didn't take advantage of the communal facilities, they looked inviting and pleasant. Wi-fi was solid and exceptionally fast. The only thing I missed was a night light accessible from the bed, the only option was the main room light, which was a bit dramatic for nighttime bathroom visits. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will certainly come back on my next visit to Strasbourg

Great ramp to front door I wish I was able to take photos. Lift adequate size, adapted room very good size, and excellent, spacious, good bathroom level access shower. Love the art work. Want to go back and enjoy a proper stay as this was a stopover between trains. Very close to the station a 10 minute walk that is level all the way. Great staff, we arrived late but check in was quick and efficient Excellent price extremely good value. Highly recommend this place for wheelchair users.

It took me a bit to realize the ambiance of the hotel, but then I loved it! It was an amazing find! Not only was it not like a “corporate “ hotel, the details put into the design were exceptional! From the artwork on the walls (and wow the garage), the names on the doors, the stickers on the soap, and the hilarious “Panic Book”, everything was fantastic! The beds were just ok, but all was very, very clean. The staff was so very helpful, and really made it even more exceptional!

Very good location for us as right by the station where we had to meet and near the heart of the city. All walkable distant even for my older mum. Despite being by the station which sometimes are a bit dodgy areas, it was super quiet and no bad crowds. Hotel is nice and modern with very friendly and accommodating staffs. All the public transport are there too (buses and metro )so perfect to visit and go back to Basle.airport. So all together, i would definitely recommend it , good calye for money abd for a first visit it was a good location to get my barings .

Great location for train station and seeing Strasbourg, shower was good, room was clean, bed comfortable and different graffiti artwork in each room and throughout hotel was fantastic.

Not a major issue against the hotel and personal choice as I like to sleep in cold room but no air conditioning. It was warm at night but there is a fan that helped keep the room cooler at night that may meet most peoples needs.

The location is in a central place. Especially very close to the train station. Walking distance to all tourist attractions. You can go to the farthest place in as little as 20 minutes. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. Especially Alexis is very friendly. You can leave your luggage while checking out and explore the city until flight time. The rooms are clean and convenient. There is an elevator and free wifi. The warm-up was extremely good. We were never cold. Heating is a big problem in many hotels in Europe during the winter months. Additionally, the bathroom is large and has pressurized water. We did not try the breakfast.

It was a little expensive in terms of price. The reason is because it includes New Year's Day. Also, the rooms could have been larger.

This hotel is designed in an original style. Each room is different. I had a lovely single room - Roi des ballons - on the 4th floor. I wished to have this room and the guy at the reception (Alexy, I think) kindly asigned it to me. I was really grateful, thank you so much! I absolutely loved the room. It is simple but clean and quite spacious (I was suprised) and had everything I needed for a short stay in Strasbourg. Wifi also worked very well. The hotel is located close to the railway station. Not a nicest area, as in any city, but nothing dramatic. I came by/left with the bus from the Frankfurt airport and the bus stop was just 3 minutes walk from the hotel, which was great. There is a rather cheap bakery right opposite the hotel, it is convenient for breakfast. Breakfast is also offered at the hotel but it is 12 euro (I think) and it makes sense for people eating more than I do in the morning. There are many other bakeries, restaurants and shops in the streets around, as well as in the railway station and, of course, in the centre of Strasbourg. The centre can be easily reached on foot within cca 15 minutes, there is also good connection by buses/trams. Overall, I was very happy with hotel Graffalgar and I will certainly try to book a room there again during my next trip to Strasbourg.

It would be nice to have a fridge in the room but no big problem with that.

If you are travelling on budget, do not have high expectstions, and are looking for nice place to stay, in the city centre, than this is the place for you. If you love urban art, even better, as this place has a unique exibition of art in all of its rooms and facilities. All of the staff is very friendly and will do their best to help you with anything you need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Graffalgar. The family room was perfect for our needs, and they accommodated our request for 4 twin beds. The private bathroom was spacious, modern and very clean, and the common areas were friendly and engaging. The staff members were very helpful, and the location was perfect--very close to the train station, various cafes and Petite France. We would definitely stay again!

The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice in pleasant surroundings. The hotel is close to the station, and as I was travelling by train, this was really useful.

The only problem I can identify is no fault of the hotel. There is extensive building work going on across the road, which can be noisy. Hopefully it will be short-lived.
