I needed a place to stay at short notice and was pleasantly surprised by the comfort this hotel provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The room was very clean, had a comfortable bed and offered everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I was able to park my car securely in the parking garage right next to the hotel, just a few steps away from the entrance. There’s even a small Carrefour City nearby that was open on Sunday. The hotel is nicely decorated, has a great bar offering a wide variety of options and a cozy rooftop terrace. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable and I look forward to returning in the future.

Our stopover on our way to Italy. Everything is perfect. The hotel is just next to the European Parliament building (worth to visit). Small supermarket and a few restaurants around the corner. (Public) parking garage is under the hotel. Tram stop to the city centre is next to the hotel. Uber ride (4 persons) to the city centre is €12, which is very convenient.

Nothing, however, breakfast is EUR25 pp is not worth the money. Maybe we were just unlucky on that day. It was very crowded and the breakfast room is too small. Not too many staffs, it took too long to refill. We went back to our room after 30 minutes waiting for refills. We told the reception and they didn’t charge for our breakfast - thank you!

The bedrooms were exceptional. Everything was kept so well cleaned. The staff was also very friendly and answered things throughly whenever we had questions. They also spoke English very well, so that was a plus for our english-based family. They also provide complementary pastries if you don't purchase the breakfast option.

The location was a little further away from the city center, but it was close to a tram stop so it wasn't that bad at all. The only thing that was annoying was the lack of proper doors for the toilet. There's a gap within the glass doors of the shower and toilet area and it's just awkward when going to the bathroom.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel during our visit to Strasbourg. The design is modern and elegant, with clean, comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. The bed was super cozy, and everything was spotless and quiet. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The location is ideal – close to public transport and just a short walk to European Parlament. It was the perfect base for exploring Strasbourg, and we’d happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The property is newly refurbished and close to the European Institutions. There is a good local restaurant across the road for convenience, and a Carrefour next door.

Three main negative 4 points: 1. Some staff are nice while others leave a lot to be desired in terms of politeness and appropriateness in dealing with guests. They messed up my reservation a couple of times 2. The restaurant is cool and have a nice ambiance, but the food does not follow. For example, the steak dish is tasteless, particularly it’s sauce (and expensive for what is delivered in terms of quality); 3. The air conditioning could not be set at specific temperatures, it seemed to be broken in many rooms, so it was cold in the evening/night. 4) Internet connection was unstable.

The hotel room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was equipped with all the necessary elements for a comfortable stay. The location was very close to Strasbourg Convention Centre and also the city centre was easily accessible by tram and bus within 20 min.

The hotel shared the breakfast restaurant with another hotel and this caused huge traffic and other problems in the peak hours of breakfast in the morning. You needed to line to be seated, then to stand in line again to take food, then line again to have your coffee, and due to the high load of people, some containers were empty and you needed to wait for a refill. While you were waiting, there was a high chance that the staff think you were done with the breakfast and free up the table for the waiting people in the line. It was not pleasant to start the day like this and ultimately give up having a complete breakfast due to long waiting times for every single step.

Reception staff was very amiable and helpful, very clean and quiet hotel, modern and interesting design. Tea and nespresso available in the room. Parking right under the hotel (public, 25 euro for 24 hours, very spacious no problem for SUV). Very close to tram station, tickets available in the station (from machine) we bought 24 hour tickets, about 4 euro per person. 3 tram stops until city center.

Noting to dislike. Did not have breakfast, can’t comment on that.

Clean and good looking room. Nice Restaurant and bar on the roof.

If I hadn’t have a car it would be a little far. Stuff speaks very badly English so it was difficult to understand them. No own parking available, only one VERY EXPENSIVE third party parking lot which was confusing as they stated that they you get a discount which quiz only get when you stay in for 24 hours without leaving. The bathroom is only a shower and a toilet with a glass door that other people on the room and look inside of and watch you. The sink was in the middle of the room. It looked good but not good in practice.

Very close to a tram stop and in a quieter part of the City and so no real noise issues. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop bar (though not good for my vertigo with the floor to ceiling windows for the view 🤣). Very spacious rooms. Staff allowed us to drop off our luggage before the checking-in time which helped as we had quite a few hours to carry our luggage around otherwise - and as we travelled when the Christmas markets were on and there were baggage checks at every point into the older city centre part this would have been very time consuming. Very good communication from staff in advance as I had asked, on behalf of my friend, as to whether there were vegan options for breakfast.

I'll be honest, both me and my friend didn't like the hotel decor on the carpet - I know, a stupid thing, but it always looked like they had had a water leak and the colours made the corridors look dirty (although they weren't). Also, even though me and my friend are good friends and don't mind sharing a room, the bathroom and toilet being a sliding frosted glass door wasn't what we expected of an upmarket hotel really (sorry if we're coming across as British prudes -we're not, but a bit more privacy would have been nice).

Room was super spacious and lovely. Hotel roof top and dining was top notch and location was fantastic. we were able to get on the train to the city center in less than 10 minutes.

I was surprised at how much they knickle and dime you for little things such as coffee pods for .80 euros, cotton pads and swaps are not provided unless asked. Everything is a cost involved when it comes to small complimentary things we typically receive at hotels for no cost. That was annoying but everything else was great.
