Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very professional and patient when dealing with a rude guest and they handled a difficult situation very well Good sized room for a city hotel. Food was really good

Best thing is the staff. Breakfast was also fantastic. My room was clean and comfortable. Ideal location for those with meetings in Palais des Congrès et de la Musique. Having an ironing board and the hair dryer in the room made life easy.

My minibar had absolutely nothing except tea and coffee, which, I assume, were complimentary. Most hotels have some sort of snack (to be paid for) in the minibar. Also, the bags kept for sanitary napkin disposal in the toilet were not replaced- the cleaning staff should check these things. The toilets were cleaned nicely except for this small problem.

Nice, spacious and clean room with nice view to the cathedral and very comfortable bed. Also, very good bathroom. The room was exactly as it is shown in the photos. The hotel is close to the tram stop to the city center. The staff both in the reception and in the breakfast area, especially Heléne, Chaib and Parouan, were very friendly and polite.

The only problem was that the room was quiet cold, as the heat was not working very well, and there was a lot of moisture, probably due to the old windows. Even in the lobby and in the breakfast area of the hotel was rather cold. However, when we mentioned the problem in the reception, they were very helpful and they brought us in the room a radiator for extra heat.

The breakfast was ok, a lot of variety , but nothing gluten-free (one small bun) and no fresh fruit or crisp bread. Loved the pancakes. The dinner was not that good, pasta with a lot of canned tomato sauce , nothing fresh in this dish, oily fish and green ‘salad’ with nothing else but two small tomatoes .

It was next to the opera house, it was clean and comfortable with crabapple shampoos, soaps and lotion and a window opened. Also a comfortable bar and outdoor seating.

There is no plug in the bathroom but that’s not so bad, service staff in bar/restaurant was super sweet but really slow we often had to ask several times for our coffee and drinks and it was not that busy but again very nice and gentle.

Spacious room, very well- equipped with kettle, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, etc. Very nice towels and comfy bed. Nice variety of tv channels- multiple English channels and German also. Right next to Expo center and easy to get into the central areas for shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

Breakfast is just ok. Plenty of choices, but some of the hot food was not very appealing.

Everything was great! Big room, which was cleaned every morning. Parking was free (although I don't know if it's always free). Hotel is 2-3 stops from the city center by public transportation, so the location is also great. If I ever get back to Strasbourg, I'll definitely book the same hotel again.

The deluxe room is well furnished and comfortable

The breakfast quality and quantity was basic. The breakfast hall is not spacious enough nor aired properly and gets very easilty crowded. There are some signs indicating which rush hours we should avoid having brakfast, but this makes no sense when you are on a business trip. Overall, such a large and 4-star hotel should offer larger halls, more variety and higher quality of breakfast.

Room was par with Hilton reputation. Location is good for tourism - not too far from center. Nearby private parking saves the day if hotel parking is full.

Construction around was not appealing. Could not use hotel parking - this needs to be specified as I was told that parking is always available, we just need to pull up - so disappointed there. Front desk was very business like.

We went to the candlelight concert at the castle in the parc l'orangerie. It was only a few minutes away, so it worked out great for us.

I don't know how I got a handicapped room. Probably did not pay attention on the reservation. Ordinarily I would ask for the change, but I was in a hurry to get to the concert. It would have been nice, if someone at the reception mention to us that we were getting handicapped room since no one in our party was disabled.
