Central location in quiet, elegant building with bar and elevator in a safe residential area, close to downtown. Large, nicely appointed rooms with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with separate room for toilet. Airy rooms with large windows and air conditioning as needed. Wonderful breakfast with hot items, home baked tarts and healthy cereals and fruit. Egg dishes freshly prepared to order. All Staff (French and English speaking) was very accommodating and helpful. Receptionist Bill (also baker, chef etc.) was phenomenal, very professional , knowledgeable and helpful!

Very nice French style interior and exterior. Quiet during the night and very friendly during the day. The monsieur from the reception was very helpful and very friendly, great guy! Breakfasts were sufficient (homemade pastries, fruits, eggs, hot drinks and savoury table) and you can even sit outside on a little cute balcony. Overall, a very great stay and I recommend the hotel to everyone.

The staff was most friendly and helpful, giving valuable suggestions where to park and go, and providing some coffee and pastries free of charge after breakfast had closed. The property is beautiful and gives an unbeatable view over Strasbourg, if you are lucky enough to have a room on the top floor.

Only minor drawback is the absence of parking.However this is compensated for by being in walking distance from the center, and inexpensive street parking nearby

Staff are extremely friendly and considerate. I had missed my flight and had the booking details, my sister was at hotel and need to check in. They were very accommodating to my sister to make the process as smooth as possible for her. Also love the balcony. The view of street and church qas beautiful.

It’s truly a hidden gem. While the hotel and its facilities have sort of an old-school charm, it has a great vibe. The rooms are very stylish, and the view from the top-floor balcony is breathtaking. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is within walking distance to the city center, making it a perfect option for a quick day trip.

I had to book a last-minute hotel because my original housing plans were changed. I had a few different options to select from and I'm glad I chose this hotel. I felt safe at night, was warmly greeted each time I arrived back, the room was relaxing and comfortable, and the breakfast was terrific.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff very welcoming and helpful. At breakfast there was a lovely choice of breads cheese meats and cakes and pastries with a limited choice of hot food. The hotel was situated a short walk from the main tourist areas.

A lovely little boutique style accomodation. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Loved the little treats left to welcome us. The breakfast was amazing. All cakes and biscuits were home made. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and clean room with great balcony. Breakfast was very good and the staff is exceptional! The location is good, 15 minutes walk to the center and easy transportation.

Not too many options to eat nearby and the reception lounge and bar was too dark and not good to stay or work.

The room was chic and the bed was comfortable with crisp linen. The balcony was a real bonus and was a pleasant and relaxing addition to the room at the beginning/end of the day. The receptionist was helpful by giving clear instructions to a parking area and helping with the luggage.

This room offered everything we required except perhaps another English channel on the TV. as it did rain during our stay and we retreated to our room for a couple of hours.
