Nice location, close to the historic center. Basic small apartment, simple and comfortable with all elements to have a coffee/tea. Parking slot if you reserve and pay in advance . We got two apartments and they managed to get us the neighboring units.

It's a big building tower and the hotel has some units in one floor, not a great building. No breakfast. We lost the reservation for the parking slot because it's only kept if you send your credit card details via email to them -outside booking -. We were lucky to find the reception open -restricted hours and days- and managed to get the place anyway. Basic apartment, nothing fancy.

The hotel offers very good price for the money due to location, facilities and personnel. It is very close (about 1 km) to the old center of Strasbourg so you can reach there quickly by foot. You may spend 10 euro for parking inside or if you come on Sundays, as I understand, parking is free in Strasbourg and you may park right in front of the hotel (as we did). The room was basic and actually it's all you need. It was warm inside (not like the other facilities we stayed in the previous days where people not loving 19 degrees C inside might fell a little bit cold). It was very clean. The reception is not open all the day long but you have the option to retrieve your keys from a box near the door by means of a code you are receiving on email, together with all the necessary information. So I gladly recommend it to the people that value their money.

The personnel is super responsive and efficient. They react to requests within hours. The room was clean. I enjoy having a kitchenette. The key distribution works wonders given that I arrive outside the working hours of the reception desk. Good value for money.

The shower in this particular room is a bit claustrophobic. I fit and don't have issues. However, it might be a problem for largely-built people. Issues on my first evening with the wi-fi (impossible to get an IP address), which is always annoying when one has to work. On the bright sight, it promoted a good night sleep and a shift of priorities.

I have been in this establishment many times. This time I need to appraise the receptionists - both during the check in and check out. I was able to store my bag on both occasions and my needs were well-facilitated. This is certainly a major improvement. Otherwise advantages of this place is that it is in well-built stone building meaning that you do not hear the neighbours. Which is not the case in many other places in Strasbourg. Room has a small kitchenette with all basic utensils, hair dryer, WiFi. Downstairs is gym with 4 cardio machines (no weights) open 24/7. Size of the room is reasonable and cleanliness is on acceptable level.

I remain hopeful that operations of WiFi would be also improved. It requires daily log-in or even more often, which is an annoyance. Given that there is a kettle in the room with some coffee/tea, would be nice if the quantity would take into account also nights spent in the establishment. In the future some sort of lockers or room (with a code lock, for example) to leave the luggage would be extremely useful and appreciated. I have always missed this option considering the limited working hours of the reception.

Location is close to the highway and on walking distance of the centre. Little kitchen with fridge/cooling/cooking. Fan. Public transport (bus) on walking distance. Lady at the reception and concierge speak very well English.

Bed is quite small. Shower and toilet very compact. If your tall or broad it's better to look for an other place. Reception is not available the whole day, check the booking instructions, also for entering the building. You need this info upon arrival. Note there is no airco, although we could manage with the available fan, and opening/clising the windows at the right monent. Be aware if you need towels or other that reception has specific opening hours.

The studio was very clean and had plenty of fresh towels, although we only stayed for two nights and didn't use that many. There wasn't much space in the shower, but the mirror had an inbuilt cabinet, so it was useful for storing little things. I was surprised by how quiet it was in the room. Although you could hear noise coming from the road through the windows, there was no noise coming from other rooms, so it was nice isolation.

The shower wasn't quite what I expected because it was different from the pictures. It was one flat floor with a drain, which meant the water was everywhere (and nothing to wipe the water off); it was better not to leave a towel for the feet on the floor. Very sad, but no shelves where you could put your clothing, since it's a bathroom where people get undressed, that would be a nice option. Leaving it on the floor was also not an option because of how the shower was built.

The presence of a small kitchen (electric stove, microwave, electric kettle and a small fridge) with enough utilities to prepare different meals during the day. The view from the window was very pleasant and both windows gave the apartment a decent amount of light. Staff spoke French and English.

Everything was excellent. Perhaps the only thing that should be told to other clients when they arrive is how the check out works. It is different from an hotel, meaning you don’t have to return the cards you use to open the apartment and you can leave them in the room on your last day. Specially since there isn’t a 24hs staff. Just a small detail but nothing that has compromised our stay at all.

The communication even before coming in Strasbourg was excellent. The staff very friendly and super quick in their replies. Parking spot available, fridge in the room along with the welcoming treats were the elements that made us very happy!

Everything was excellent

A lovely hotel, clean and relatively close to the city center. The price is very affordable, which is a great bonus. It even has a small gym and a dining area with snack vending machines. One particularly nice touch was that they provide a guide for visiting Strasbourg, which I found really thoughtful. The only downside I noticed was the lack of a hairdryer, but since I stayed for just one night, it didn’t affect my experience much. I'm sure if I had stayed longer, I could have easily requested one from reception. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely consider coming back!

Beautiful appartement within walking distance of the city center and near the highway.

You have to go to the reception to get access to the parking but you can leave your car on the sidewalk for a few minutes.
